The large formal vaulted living room has gas fireplace with marble surround and built-in sound system, lots of windows, skylights and a crows' nest overlooking the open area. The glass enclosed sunroom attached to the living room has a 180 degree view with telescope for whale watching, room for a painters' easel and a quiet reading area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances and an attached laundry room with washer & dryer.
The apartment occupies the third and fourth floors of a gorgeous bed & breakfast with access by stairway only, sorry no elevator. The property has private beach access with lots of room to roam and simply sit and enjoy the sunset. Sorry, no children under 12, no pets and no smoking.
The upper floor boasts a private master suite with spectacular ocean view, king sized bed with heavenly memory foam mattress, huge walk-in closets and a private full bath.
Rate schedule: $300 + tax per night with a 2 night minimum; 1 week $1250 + tax; 1 month $3000 + tax; $250 cleaning fee.
