The River front unit is a top floor (3rd) end unit in a low density building (27 units). It has gated parking lot and a private waterfront overlooking the Ole River and Ono Island. Dolphin Harbor has beach rights in which guests can use the pool and amenities across the street.
Dolphin Harbor has boat docks for guests to use during their stay. Great views from the balcony where you can watch dolphins swimming in the river. Access to the Gulf is one mile away from the dock. While cruising the back bay you can watch dolphins which will actually follow your water craft. You can also rent boats or wave runners a short distance from Dolphin Harbor.
Dolphin Harbor is 8/10 of a mile west of the FloraBama , a world famous beach bar enjoyed by visitors of all ages.
The complex is a short drive to the Pensacola Air Station Museum. There are many opportunities to golf in the area as well.
