Our Oceanview Ridge Villas #1623 is a one-bedroom, two-bath two-level townhouse villa tucked away in beautifully landscaped clusters and offer all the comforts of a private home. We feature air conditioned, two ocean view lanais (bedroom has it's own lanai and living room has a lanai, and reserved covered parking spot right in front.

Kitchen is equipped with china, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, etc. Includes a range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker refrigerator. Both the downstairs and upstairs bedroom closets have been remodeled to include drawers /shelving and better hanging space. Washer/Dryer is in upstairs bathroom. Front room lanai includes a teak dining table with 4 chairs and also a two-chair/table seating area. Brand new washer/dryer. The unit is a center two-story townhouse-style (1300+ sq ft), on the second and third floors of building 16; with a covered carport parking space, directly across from the 8th hole of the Bay Golf Course. All views are spectacular!!!!
There is also access to the complementary Kapalua Resort Shuttle which will come to your door and take you anywhere in the Kapalua Resort for free.
