This home is perfect for a large family gathering or a quiet just for two honeymoon. Venue for large weddings up to 150 Guests with ideal off-road parking.

Family and friends have met for a big gathering place and used the place Big RV hook ups are in place already. House is on a private Estate lot of almost 1 acre, and another joined behind it so neighbors are not an issue. There is a casita on property that can be rented for additional money, request quote if you would like it included.

This house has one of the best yards in all of Vegas. You have stepped in to paradise, with a fabulous pool, and outdoor kitchen under the palapa complete with XM tunes in the
background.

Owners have traveled and put all there favorite Places in to one. Kids and family love to be in the house because you can see everyone from the center kitchen.

Moms, or Dads, cooking you are still part of it all. Even watching people enjoying the pool. Master bedroom, is approximately 900 sq. ft. North end of the house has it own entrance and parking. Good vibes are always happening at this family estate home.

Home has been used in TV shows, boxing celebs, class reunions, weddings, wakes and birthday parties. Depending on the event. Owner will consider increase in venue limits, ask for more information.

Arrangements for events can also be added to this rental.

Casita can be rented separate from main house, property is only rented to one group at a time. Call for details.

  • What more can I say but that this house was amazing. I spent four days here with a party of 10 and it was perfect. The house was plenty big, the pool was to die for, and the location was unbeatable (just a few minutes from the strip). The owner Vicky is also a wonderful woman. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was always a phone call away if we needed her help. The house had everything you would need even down to spices in the kitchen. The photos do not do this house justice. An A++++ rating from me.

  • Comment Text: We had an awesome time the house is even more amazing than the pictures. We had a large group of varied ages and everyone had a blast. We spent hours playing in the pool and cooking on the grill. There is also so much room in and out of the house finding a private spot was easy. I don't think anyone wanted to go home. I would definatley rent this home again!!!!

  • This is the best place we have stayed at in Vegas....ever. Vicky was very hospitable was awesome to work with. She even had cold beverages for us when we arrived from our snowy drive! You will not find a better place.

  • we had my husbands 60th birthday here what a great place. warm and friendly owners that go out of there way to make you feel at home. we stayed for the. 3 day min. last sept. wish we could have stayed longer. perfect location for us to get to anywhere in las vegas. we will be back. mary

  • My family rented this house in September for four days for my husbands 60th birthday party. We could not have had a better location. The yard is so beautiful and set up so party friendly, that it doesn"t feel crowded with,(well we had 120 people). And there was still lots of room. We had a DJ and there is lots of room to dance. The cooking area is so wonderful and seating is all over. The fire ring area is great for quiet relaxing conversation too. The house is very spacious yet comfortable feel. Loved every room in it. The parking is a big plus for if there are a lot of people, or just a few. The location is the best, close to the strip and other local casinos,and the malls, and only a short drive to everything. This is so much better than staying at a hotel!
