Classic, large beach house built in 1930's but updated with all the latest amenities. Central air conditioning, WiFi, LCD TV, DVD, Washer/Dryer, etc. Just steps to the beach (about 30 or so with no streets to cross) makes this a great family vacation home. Although it is not brand shiny new, it has beach character and classic charm that the newer houses can't match. It is large, very clean and has been meticulous cared for by family for more than 50 years. Almost all of the in-season rental weeks are rented by the same families year after year. Large deck with ocean views, huge yard for parking and entertainment. Great area with everything within two blocks - miniature golf, liquor store, ice cream, bagels, restaurants, etc. Park the car and forget about it.
