My husband and I grew up in North Carolina and purchased a condo in the N.Myrtle Beach area for retirement. We own several rentals in North Carolina and wanted to start picking up rentals @ the beach since that is where we will retire. We both have always loved the ocean and the convience of shopping,restaurants,etc. We enjoy the walk to the beach and/or relaxing by the pool or sauna. I like to play tennis and the courts are nearby with grilling and a playground for children. Our daughters are grown and love to shop in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Arcadian Dunes
We bought in this area because of the shopping,restaurants,golfing,tennis,etc. There is a restaurant on site @ this complex. There are 3 floors and we are on the 3rd floor. It is just a very neat place.
