This is a brand-new, 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, beautiful townhome, situated on Lake Granby. Huge windows, hardwood floors, pine ceiling, tiled bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and cozy furniture comfort and relax you. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom! The master suite has a natural stone fireplace and a huge window overlooking pine trees and Lake Granby.
The location of this mountain home could not be better - in addition to being right on the second largest body of water in Colorado, you are only six miles away from the historical town of Grand Lake and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of Colorado's best kept secrets, is a short 20 minute drive.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities.
There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village and Sol Vista Golf Resort down in Fraser Valley. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!
