Our newer beautifully-decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Kicking Horse Condominium is the outdoor-enthusiast's delight, located only 15 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park's west entrance. Enjoy a scenic drive viewing big horn sheep, elk, moose, and mule deer in Colorado's finest natural Park and taking in the breathtaking sights along Trail Ridge Road at altitudes as high as 12,000 feet. Then exit on the east side of Rocky Mountain National Park to enjoy a full day of shopping and sampling food and goodies in the town of Estes Park.
And, be sure to enjoy the many on-site activities our condo has to offer. Golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, and mountain biking are all virtually in our backyard at Granby Ranch. From the bedroom windows and end-unit balcony, you can enjoy majestic views of the Never Summer Mountain Range and the Continental Divide. And, you are nestled right next door to our very own 18-hole Headwaters Golf Course.
Our condo is conveniently located just 80 miles Northwest of Denver, at the edge of Granby. In addition to visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, be sure to spend time at nearby Hot Sulphur Springs, Winter Park, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake. Hot natural springs, an alpine slide, boating, fishing, horseback riding, miniature golf, live theater, tons of shopping, and four championship golf courses can all be found within less than 20 miles from our premiere condominium.
A unique feature of our condo is that it offers a clean and healthy environment for our guests' extended stays. That is because we absolutely do NOT allow Pets or Smoking since the owners of this unit have allergies. And, we have found that our guests welcome a CLEAN, SMOKE-FREE, PET-FREE home away from home!
