Incredible beach front location, set on 23 acre property nestled within a bird sanctuary bordered on the east by a beautiful 1000 ft, private beach and on the west by a peaceful lagoon ideal for kayaking or simply to admire the wildlife. People from throughout the world pass this property in canoes to view the wildlife
This recently renovated two stories, 2400 sqf. plantation style villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and beautiful gardens and trees full of sloths and other wildlife. The lower level includes a guard’s apartment, two car garage and laundry facilities with washer and dryer and recreational area. Upper level includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and fully equipped kitchen (we could arrange for someone to come and cook for you). All rooms flow out to the wrap-around veranda with magnificent views to the beach and lagoon.
The house is exquisitely furnished, with all brand new appliances, including A/C and satellite TV. Full time caretaker will assist you in anything you may need, including taking you for boat tours in the lagoon and river to view the abundant wildlife, help you make other activity arrangements or to drive you around in your rental.
