Masonboro Island is located at the Southern Tip of the island and it is the largest undisturbed barrier island along southern NC’s coast. Masonboro Island includes endangered loggerhead sea turtles and shorebirds.
You can take EcoWalks, Bird Tours, and explore the Nature trails. The North End of the Island has Mason Inlet Water Bird Management Area where you can observe American Oystercatchers, Black Skimmers and Least Terns.

- Ocean View: The condo is 500 feet from the ocean and it is not directly on the ocean and the view of the ocean is obstructed. However, the Atlantic Ocean is across the street - Cross the street and then it is 500 feet to water and waves.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: I'm so sorry but the owner is highly allergic to smoke and pet hair and plus the building doesn't allow renters to bring pets. I am so sorry but no pets are permitted. No exceptions.
- Kid Friendly: The Bunk Bedroom has its own bathroom and perfect for children. There is an 80 pound limit on the upper bunk.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This is a family geared condo. Perfect for a couple with children. Or two couples. I'm sorry but this is a rated "G" condo (not a spring break party type rental property).
- Smoking Not Allowed: I'm so sorry but I am allergic to smoke. Smoking is not allowed inside the building because the owners have allergies.
