- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : I'm so sorry but the owner is highly allergic to smoke and pet hair and plus the building doesn't allow renters to bring pets. I am so sorry but no pets are permitted. No exceptions.
- Kid Friendly : The Bunk Bedroom has its own bathroom and perfect for children. There is an 80 pound limit on the upper bunk.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : This is a family geared condo. Perfect for a couple with children. Or two couples. I'm sorry but this is a rated "G" condo (not a spring break party type rental property).
- Smoking Not Allowed : I'm so sorry but I am allergic to smoke. Smoking is not allowed inside the building because the owners have allergies.

the lifeguards restricted the surfers to certain areas but the kids could swim near the surfers so lots of cool stuff to watch. there's a place to rent those surfer kite things so it was fun watching the surfers go 20 feet in the sky doing flips for the Wrightsville Beach webcam. the ocean air wiped out the kids and made everyone sleep like rocks. weather cooperated & nice ocean breeze even sitting on the porch.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This was one of the best family vacation we have ever had. All of us enjoyed swimming, sunning, relaxing, and people watching on the beach. It was worth the 12 hour drive! We are making plans to return next summer.

This is the greatest! The beach chairs and umbrella are very nice. Extremely clean and has everything you need. Cable nice sized TV helps. Very cute. Loved the tiling on the floors and walls. I'll be back! Thank you.

Our family had a great time at this cozy condo. Everything was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The deck is great to relax with a nice cup of coffee. There is a great restaurant right across the street. I trully recommend this place for a small family or couples. We are planning to come back very soon!
