Spacious four (4) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This 1800 square foot Wind song Penthouse condo is the largest floor plan available at Splash. Four Flat Screen LCD TVs & 4 DVD Players; one 48" TV in Living Room; 30" TV in each of the two Master Bedrooms; and a 26" Flat Screen TV in the 3rd bedroom.
Our unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2-3 more on sofa bed for a total of 11 people, if needed. Two King Master suites w/gulf view balconies; Queen guest bedroom; and a 4th bedroom with a twin/twin bunk bed. The Queen sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Both king master bedrooms boast spacious bathrooms with large separate shower and garden tub. Upgraded house wares package means you have everything you need.

DEPOSIT is $400. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
•ANY cancellation on or before the 45th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $400 initial deposit.
•Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance or unless we can rebook the unit for the same time period.
OCCUPANCY:
•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 11. For your comfort, we suggest adults not sleep in bunk bed or sofa sleeper.
•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
FEES & TAXES :
12.5% tax and fees added to all rentals (as of April 1, 2009)
Add $100 Cleaning fee.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. This must be OK’d through owner prior to your arrival.

We stayed there and loved it. The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. They really made the experience wonderful. The place is great and the rooms spacious. It is really a great view. Also, the kids loved the waterpark and pools.

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo! We just returned from our vacation and was so impressed with all this condo has to offer! This place felt like home to us with all the amenities it had to offer. A must see if you are staying at Splash!! Kids really loved the water park and the lazy river rafting. Lots of pools to pick from and everyone was so nice. Security was really nice and we felt safe and had a blast. Will return as soon as we can!!! The owners were wonderful and very helpful with everything. Thanks a lot!!

What a fantastic place to spend a family vacation!!! This condo made the vacation that more enjoyable!! Very spacious and clean - nice decor too! My little girls loved the bunk beds!!! The views were incredible from the top floor!!! We love this condo so much we will definitely be back this summer!

Just got back from our stay at Splash in this beautiful 4br/3bath penthouse! We loved every minute of it. Very clean and nice. The owners were very helpful and good to work with. I would recommend this condo without hesitation!

The condo was spacious and very comfortable! The view is breathtaking and the owners were very easy to work with! There were 10 of us: 4 adults and 6 kids and plenty of room for everyone. Also, the high chair and portable crib were a great plus for us!

This condo has the most awesome view of the Gulf and beach! Very spacious and clean. The employees of Splash were very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. I would definately stay here again.
