Disneyland 35 minutes away. Seaworld and San Diego zoo "Just Jump on the train for a fun adventure rolling down the coast." Lego Land just twenty minutes south.
This one bi-level room with upper sleeping level with a queen sized master bed in addtion to small sofa sleeper. On lower level couch/ day bed with two twins that pull out. . Fully furnished and will comfortably sleep 4-5 people.

My Husband I have been fortunate to live in San Clemente almost all our lives. We have raised our two boy's in this great place where they actually have surfed and played on the beaches just down the street from this Historial casita since they were babies. We hope you find this a great location to vacation with your family and enjoy San Clemente which has such great weather, beaches and has maintained its small town beach charm.
Why the Owner Chose San Clemente
We love the Spanish "Old Hitorical Ole Hansen" style of places that are the orginal buildings that started in this town in the early 1920's. When we bought the place it was in great need of some TLC . We complete retiled and put new bathroom and kitchen with hand painted tiles from Mexico in the place. We fenced in the back patio area which makes for a nice sitting area that overlooks the lush T-street canyon that runs down to the beach and pier two and a half blocks down street.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
This casita is so priavte hanging off the hillside over looking the canyon. Guest that have stayed at this place alway's comment on all the wonderful wild parrots that come to visit in the neighboring tree's and canyon in addtion to the lush CA. vegitation . The great sufing beaches being so close (Trestles and San Onofre just three miles away)in addition to being centrally located between LA and San Diego where famiys can visit Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm Lego Land or Sea World.

My husband, 2 small children and I stayed at this casita for 4 nights. It was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we needed! We spent the majority of our time at the beach. Chris kindly gathered beach toys for us to use, and provided beach towels and chairs as well. There was plenty of room for 4 of us to sleep. This particular casita has its own deck. We loved waking up to the sound of birds, not traffic! Missing San Clemente already!

We recently stayed for 5 nights and found the casita clean, cozy and an overall nice home base for our so-Cal travels. We had plans to visit friends in LA and a wedding to attend at Camp Pendleton. We also just wanted a couple of days of peace and quiet in a nice little beach town. San Clemente gave us the perfect location with easy access to our plans and a great little town to enjoy some down time. The private patio that faces the canyon was a great amenity. We would definitely stay there again. On a side note, Chris was super easy to work with too!

Our family rented all four units on the property and could not have been more pleased. From coffee on the patio in the morning to cooking together on the gas grill at night we felt we had truly found a great spot. This particular unit is very private with a fenced in deck/yard which made it great for our dog.The beds were super comfortable, my daughters loved the decor and we all appreciated the amenities (beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella). What a memorable time. We hope to visit again someday. Thank you!!

This Casita was absolutely adorable. My Fiancée and I stayed a week here upon his homecoming from Afghanistan and it was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, great location, beautiful outdoor patio we were able to enjoy. The only downside is the tight parking and small shower but otherwise this unit was beautiful and well maintained. Within walking distance from the pier, downtown restaurants and a grocery. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Our family reluctantly just left from this Spanish gem in San Clemente. We easily slept our two teenagers on the twin beds in the trundle and we loved having our breakfasts and dinners on the private patio facing the canyon! We have vacationed in other Will & Chris owned properties and know that they will always do their best to make things clean & comfortable (heaters, extra bedding, beach chairs...whatever you need). We loved the boogie boarding at T-street, surfin' donuts, La Cocina De Ricardo and just being in our favorite Southern California beach town again! Thanks Wilsons!

I stayed at this property when my boyfriend and I went to visit my brother at Camp Pendleton. It was so cute and snug and just the right fit! I loved the decor and the back patio was really nice and private. We were able to bring our bichon, and he loved walking out on the patio to lay in the sun. The only thing I would change is that I would add more lights outside the property. We came in at night and it was really difficult to see which rental was ours. But our stay was excellent and I recommend this place!
