  We spent our spring break at this condo with our two teenagers. This was our first time in the S. Walton Beach area, and the beaches are lovely! The owners of this condo were very accomodating and helpful. The condo is stocked with plenty of board games, books and movies,and the kitchen has all of the dishes and utensils you need. THough it was cool the week we were there, we could tell how useful the large porch would be it if were warm. The Red Bar, one of the most popular area restaurants, is about a block walk. Our favorite restaurants were Another Broken Egg in Grayton Beach for breakfast, and Great Southern in Seaside. The beach is quite close, though the view is mainly obstructed by other houses. We will definitely return again. If you don't need a large house, this is the place!

  This was our fourth year in Marla and Sid's condo and 8th vacation in Grayton Beach. We love both! We are creatures of habit and love returning to our favovite places doing our favorite things -- walking on beach, riding bikes, running, and of course dinner in our favorite restaurants in the area (with Boragos, Cafe Tango and Thirty-A being at the top of the list). Do not miss the Grayt Coffee House, and if you want to best oatmeal ever, go to Hibuscis. Weather was good with just one rainy day. The sunsets our last two evenings were STUNNING! Of course the accomodations were great, as usual. Thank you, Marla and Sid!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Grayton Beach. The unit is very nice and well maintained. The location is excellent. Grayton has so many lovely old southern homes, you can walk to coffee and of course watch the sunrise and sunset on the beach. We were very comfortable and happy.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. It is only a short stroll to the beach with no roads to cross. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was very reasonably priced.

  Excellent accommodations, close to the beach, close to restaurants, no traffic, no high rises. Good place to bring your bicycle.

  This rental was nearly perfect for what I was looking for. A nice place slightly off the beaten path, but near restaurants, beach, coffee, and a running path. Accommodations: The condo is in great shape and we were very pleased to find soap, dish detergent, towels, etc in full supply so we didn't have to worry about anything other than bringing our own food. The kitchen was nice and came with everything we needed to make our own meals and drinks at the condo. One bedroom has a large bed and the other bedroom is more of a children's bedroom with two single beds. Each bed was comfortable to sleep in and both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The porch is nice and private with a nice table and barstools as well as two wooden lounge chairs complete with drink holders. Location & Attractions: To get to the gulf all you have to do is go out the door and walk about 75 meters to the beach. It is also about 200 meters from the Red Bar, one of my favorite bar/restaurants in the area. Like other reviews have said, it is within sight of the Red Bar, but not so close that the noise is a problem. I also enjoyed that we could walk about 400 meters to 'Grayt Coffee,' a local coffee shop. It is only a short drive to Seaside where you can find more restaurants and shops. On both mornings I went for a run right out the front door, once along the bike path along scenic 30-A, and once on the trails of Point Washington State Park (less than a half-mile from the condo). I feel lucky to have found the place and will definitely recommend this place to family/friends looking for a place off the beaten path but in close proximity to great food, shops, outdoor activities, and the beach.

  This was our first time staing in Sid and Marla's delightful condo, Grayton Beach. Last year we stayed at a condo in SeaGrove and were more than dissapointed, in fact we left a whole day early! Marla and Sid's condo was the complete opposite of our previous experience last year, thank goodness. We found Grayton Beach last yearand were determined to stay in this sleepy little Old Florida Beach community. We LOVE Grayton Beach SO much that we hope to one day live there full time! We are middle aged folks who couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. It is exceptionally clean and well appointed and no details have been left unturned! We loved how close we were to the beach, Shorty's and our fave,The Red Bar! Grayt Coffee House is also a cool little hangout, we atteneded a benefit shrimp boil there one evening and had a fabulous time with the locals! We can't wait to return!! Well done Sid and Marla, your place is nothing short of fabulous!

  Spent a long Labor Day weekend at this adorable 2 bedroom condo. We found the unit clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach décor is cheerful, bright, and fun. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach in a matter of minutes, or take a casual stroll to the Red Bar restaurant where the food is great! When we were ready for some peace and quiet, we returned to the condo to enjoy the nice breeze on the back porch. A very pleasant stay. We enjoyed our five days and would definitely return.

  First, let me say we loved Grayton Beach and this condo is so close to the ocean...steps away is the perfect description. As for the condo itself - you will be greeted by a cozy, warm, at home feeling! My kids (ages 9 and 15) loved the games and movies available to them and due to the weather, we used them. My favorite was the kitchen, since I love to cook (even on vacation) and everything I needed was right there, but a close second was sitting on the back porch and and just reading! Unfortunatley, mother nature did not cooperate much with us, but this condo made the rainy days much more enjoyable....not once did I hear my kids complain! I can't imagine more perfect beaches, a better location or more wonderful owners. WE LOVED this property. And it is my hope that one day we will be back and we will investigate this property for availability first!

  We have been in love with your condo since 2003. We have stayed there every year since it became available at different times. We originally found Grayton through an article in Southern Living about Patrones, which was there 20+ years ago and fell in love with Grayton. We have rented many houses there, including Seaprize, the house next door, when we had 20 family members vacation together. In 2003, we were fortunate enough to find your condo for my husband, my two daughters and me. Now, your condo has become so popular, it's becoming more difficult to find an opening to stay there! It's the best, most personal and cozy place we've stayed in Grayton. The porch and rockers are a vacation by themselves. We have seen many dolphins travel along the shoreline as we watched from the balcony. We have also used the balcony table to display and dry out the various shells found. Our daughter has chosen Grayton as the setting for her wedding in March. We plan to come in October to make more wedding decisions, so we were disappointed to see our week is booked at the condo. We will keep trying, but if you want the best place to stay in Grayton, book early. This one's not a secret anymore!!
