Come and enjoy our home away from home. Our house is located in "The Keys" section of Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security. It also has its own private beach access with parking. There is a heated indoor pool open all year round and an outdoor pool open in the summer (both have kiddy pools). There is a playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a baseball field, five stocked fishing lakes, and a community center.
We are located across from the beach and close to the beach access. The living room has a queen sofa bed and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen features a sky light and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and garbage disposal. The dining room seats six with a breakfast bar that has stools for additional seating. The master bedroom has a full bath, queen size bed, single bed, and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, single bed and a large closet. All rooms have a ceiling fan and cable TV. The second bath is full sized with a tub and shower. We have a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
We have a nice deck with chairs and a grill for outdoor cooking. We have an outdoor shower, hammock, and swing under the house for just relaxing.
Linens and towels are provided, however we ask you provide your own paper products.
We require you be at least 25 years old to rent. We do not allow smoking or pets inside the house. It is the renters responsibility to leave the house as clean as you found it.
There is a $250.00 deposit per week required at the time of booking refundable after departure. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Check in is Saturday @ 3:00 p.m. and checkout is Saturday @ 11:00 a.m.
