This was our second time visiting this property because we remembered it being so nice and well kept...and when we arrived it was just as we remembered!!! This condo is really well equipped, spacious, well laid-out, and convenient to the surrounding area of pier park and fun restaurants. The sun sets everyday with an awesome view from the wrap-around balcony and being on the 12th floor allows for no obstructions on the view. The beach has white sand and remains shallow for a ways out, which was great for my 2yo to have a blast and my wife and I not to have to worry so much about deeper water. There is alot of stuff to do around this property and my family swam, rode the banana boat, parasailed, snorkeled, rode the Slingshot (CRAZY!!!), rented a street legal golf cart to run around on, and ate some great seafood at surrounding restaurants. We definately plan on going back next year and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice home away from home comfort level.

The condo we rented was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better view. The beautiful, vibrant colors of the gulf and the evening sunsets were great. The atmosphere and decor of the condo are very warm and inviting and it felt like "home away from home" so to speak. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The online description is very accurate. The condo was super clean which was great. Nothing worse than arriving at your destination and the place is messy, which has happened to me before. The condo is also well suited for any age group. We had 4 adults and 2 young boys with us. The kids found books to read, games to play and movies to watch, which was great because this allowed the adults time to sit back, relax and enjoy wine and margaritas. The condo is equipped with great dishes & wine glasses. The location is also very central to plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores and area attractions. We ate at Salt Water one night and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville another night. We enjoyed both places. If you prefer staying in, there are plenty of pots and pans to utilize for cooking and a great assortment of utensils. We enjoyed grilling one night. There are 2 gas grills downstairs. I would definitely rent this particular unit again. It was a wonderful week spent with friends.

What a wonderful getaway! We absolutely loved our time at your gorgeous condo. It was truly like a home away from home. Everything in the condo is comfortable, welcoming and well thought out. It's so spacious and was a great size for our family of six. We spent seven nights and had five beautiful sunsets. The wraparound balcony is such a treat. The location is great -- easy beach access but also easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. The folks at Sunrise Beach do a good job of keeping things up too. We can't wait to get back down there. Thanks for welcoming us into your second home!

This condo was absolutely Beautiful! The views of the beach and the strip were breathtaking and it was lovely to watch both sunset and sunrise daily. The condo has great flow for either two people or a crowd. It was great to cook in the beautiful kitchen and watch the sunset over the Gulf. Powdery white sand beaches, warm turquoise water to body surf in and oysters and beer just a stones throw away. I Cannot Wait to go back Soon!

Love at first Sunset!

Our family was priviledged to have spent time at the West End Sunset. We were in awe as we walked in and immediately felt at home;everything was available for our convenience. Our first destination took us to the famed Winn Dixie grocery to stock the pantry and fridge for our many family meals and shared recipes.(Not that we didn't venture out and enjoy the multitude of restaurants within close proximity.) Voted as number one by the adults was the Boatyard named as the"best waterfront restaurant" in Panama City. The next on the list was located in Pier Point shopping/eating/entertainment center for all - we shopped, went to the movies, bungy jumped, and of course ate some more. We recommend Five Brothers Hamburgers and the Sushi next door. We spent mornings on the perfect corner patio watching the sun rise over the blue-greenest water, people walking on the shining white sand beach, the blue umbrellas blooming with cups of our favorite Starbuck coffee in hand. Ahhh! The beach trek was down the elevator and out through the parking area and voila......perfect location. When a rare beach break was needed, we just alternately walked the short distance back to the condo and returned. The evening was relaxing as we watched the sunset and as night came Hermit Crab hunters were out with flashlights combing the beach while an occasional distant burst of fireworks lit up the night. Sounds good? We recommend this condo highly- great amenities, great location, great management.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We switched our Spring Break destination 4 years ago and have been searching since for the perfect condo unit to return to year after year and we have finally found it at the Sunrise Beach! This particular unit is the nicest we have stayed at, at PCB! The view is just breathtaking with the wrap-around porch and the decor, space, and comfort are all outstanding! We enjoyed the beach, pool area, fitness room, Pier Park and the many, many restaurants all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying at this unit for your vacation ~ you will love it!!!

We have been vacationing in PCB for the last 25 years and have stayed at some wonderful places. However, this has been our favorite of all. It is so spacious,beautifully decorated, and very relaxing and comfortable. We especially loved the wrap around balcony. You get a spectacular view of the ocean and the street. It is the perfect place to view the magnificent sunsets. We think the location is perfect with Pier Park only a short distance away. We are already planning our next stay this fall and are counting down the days !

Thank you for letting us stay at your luxurious condo. All rooms were bright, spacious, well equipped and decorated to the nine's. From the wrap around deck we enjoyed the magnificent sunsets, the serinity of the sparkling blue water and beautiful white sandy beach. You can enjoy this veiw from the living room or master bedroom. We used the well equipped gym, heated pool and also took advantage of the many restautants, golf courses & shopping that were close by. We hope to be able to visit this exceptional property & location again. Thanks again for the wonderful memories!

My family and I just spent nearly a week at this condo and we had a blast. The property is very well maintained and is in a great location. The view overlooks the beach and Gulf and the sunset is in perfect view from the balcony. The parking is below the building in a parking garage so parking is not a problem. There are numerous restaurants in the area that provide fun nightly entertainment and fresh seafood. The inside of the condo was VERY clean and maintained and we felt comfortable being there, like home. I would definately recommend staying at this condo and we will be back when the opportunity arises.

This condo was the most luxury condo we have ever stayed at on the Gulf Coast. It has very nice furnishings. Great views. Great sunsets. We will stay here again.
