A three-bedroom 2 level townhome across from Beacon Hill Park and steps to the beach. Located in an upscale, quiet residential area, everything is here to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Stay "outside the box" in this converted character townhome with lots of interesting details and fluid layout. No more "boxy" condos.

The townhome is a short drive to downtown (5 min) and adjacent to local shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy leisurely sea walks along nearby Dallas Rd. Your upper balcony is made for leisurely enjoyment of warm summer days and ocean views. If you have children in tow they will enjoy the park across the street. Adults will enjoy quiet strolls in the park amidst the ponds, natural plantation and gardens and the Cameron bandshell hosts jazz in the park throughout the summer.

Pets can be negotiated. The unit is just a few steps to the "doggie park" where you and Fido can frolic and play.

The Unique Benefits at this Town House

I love the Cook St. Village area because of the close proximity to the ocean and wonderful walks in any season and all the amenities that are literally a few blocks away. The air is always clean and the area is sun kissed. You will love the area, the quietude even in the city, and the experience of being home, away from home. You will notice that all of the wood we used in the building is local old growth fir, a unique feature not seen since the turn of the last century. Of course we have everything you will need and services that will let you know that you are valued. I hope that your stay will leave you refreshed and ready to return to your own home.

Owner's Map of Victoria

The townhouse is one of three in this lovely 1911 home. I re-imagined this older heritage home and brought together all we know about modern building with an emphasis on local environmentally sensitive materials with luxury and comfort. I create and manage projects in the construction industry and the corporate world. I have an eclectic background in health and lifestyle that has now become focused on housing and home. I'm on the Board for our local Habitat for Humanity, which gives me the avenue to give back to the community that has supported me. What I am most interested in is that people have the experience of being heard and listened to. This is a photo of me, my kids and our dogs. its a couple of years old but will give you an idea of who we are.
