This exclusive beach front property is surrounded by acres of amazing lush gardens and ponds. There are dozens of different species of Heliconias as well as many rare trees not commonly found in the Osa which were brought in by a previous Dutch owner. The gardens are very well kept while overhead looms a jungle full of life and movement. There are tilapia ponds throughout the property as well and even the chance to view some harmless cayman crocodiles that live in the adjacent river.
Just a walk around the beach front property can be a complete jungle tour. With four species of monkey’s, beautiful scarlet macaws, toucans, iguanas, wild horses, etc. the abundant wildlife on the property is unmatched in all of Costa Rica. There are endless plant and fruit trees and the gardens are always expanding.
The main house (Casa Grande) comes with top of the line amenities situated on a private tropical paradise. The decadent main house overlooks the Golfo Dulce and the beautifully landscaped front yard. All of the appliances are GE Profile line and everything first class. The house contains beautiful hardwood floors throughout as well as some tiles imported from Spain. The master suite is comprised of the whole second floor and includes private bath with tub, shower, his and her sinks, and a walk around balcony to enjoy the views and monkeys. This master suite is very spacious and private as you overlook the amazing Golfo Dulce from the bed or the bathtub. The master suite also has a ceiling fan above the bed as well as AC, flat screen and SKY TV.
The downstairs has two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views and the other contains twin beds with views of the tilapia pond and gardens. The living room has breathtaking views of the gulf and well manicured front yard and a cozy bar connects everything together. A 50” Flat Screen and SKY TV can be viewed from the bar and all areas of the living room. There are telephones located throughout the house.
The kitchen is very large and accommodating with views of the gulf on one side and the gardens on the other. The kitchen was designed using the finest wood in all of the Americas and has wonderful Costa Rican craftsmanship. The main dining table comfortably sits eight with another table available for use if needed. The kitchen also has AC, telephone, radio and is a wonderful place to enjoy some views with a great meal. The house also has two boats available for use. These boats come complete with professional captain, tackle, live bait, GPS, radio, and much more. With both inshore and offshore fishing, this area boasts some of the best fishing worldwide. These boats can also be hired for surf trips to Pavones(15 minutes by boat), Matapalo, etc. If you are looking for jungles tours to water skiing we can help make it happen.
