Experience Colorado to the fullest! This spectacular home is nestled in a secluded park like setting with a lavish mixture of Aspen and Pine trees surrounding it. Sit out on the large wrap around deck. Relax and listen to the sounds of nature while soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
After a day of Colorado adventure come home to soak in the hot tub under the magnificent crisp starry skies.

The master suite is located on the top floor overlooking the living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy the cathedral ceilings and the vast wall of windows looking over the Aspen Grove. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, nightstands, dresser and a sitting area. It also has its own 5 piece bathroom with soaking tub. There are 2 large pocket doors that can be left open to enjoy the breath taking views or close for total privacy from the rest of the house.

The main level of the house includes 2-bedrooms. One with a queen bed, nightstands and dresser. The other with 2-full size futons and a dresser. Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The galley style kitchen has upgraded appliances, maple cabinetry and granite counter tops. The dining room and living room are all open area around the kitchen. There is a large stone fireplace in the corner of the living room. This is a great area for entertaining or just hanging out. To continue your entertaining outdoors just open the sliding glass door off the dining room and bring the outdoors in. Here you can enjoy the large south facing deck with the hot tub, patio set and propane BBQ grill.

The lower level has another sitting area with TV, surround sound system, gas fireplace, laundry room, bedroom with queen bed, night stand and dresser, also another 3/4 bathroom. Great space for relaxing and watching movies.

  • I rented the house for a family get-together. We had family members from Missouri, Arkansas & North Carolina. The house was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space, but great for late night family visits. We loved the hot tub after a day of site seeing. We all commented on how clean this house was. If we plan another trip to Woodland Park area "This is the House".

  • The house was perfect for our family "get together". Our son and his family and my Mom really enjoyed the guietness and beauty around the house. We are hoping to spend some more time there in the near future.
