Great location. Amenities leave much to be desired. No mixing bowls, frying pans, pitchers, pyrex backing dishes -- only 1 wine glass. All the trash cans were full when we arrived. Main TV is the only TV with all the networks, cable -- all others in bedrooms do not have cable, etc. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Vacuum cleaner doesn't even work!!! Not very clean!!! Communication with owner very difficult. Thursday before checking in -- still didn't receive instructions on accessing condo. Still awaiting security deposit check. We needed to evacuate early because of the Hurricane & the owner did not even offer to compensate -- she just asked that we bring in her patio furniture!!!!!

Owner response:We are sorry you were disappointed. We do not give out the entry instructions until shortly before arrival as a security measure for other tenants. We were sorry that the hurricane and the state of NJ required you to leave early, this was beyond our control. We do appreciate your bringing in the outdoor furniture. When we arrived shortly after the storm, we found there are bowls and frying pans. We were not aware of the issues with wineglasses and the vacuum until just now, or we would have addressed them during your stay. All of the televisions in the bedroom do have cable television, just basic cable, but it is operational. Again, we apologize for the delay in the return of your deposit, that was completely an oversight on our part. The check has been mailed. We are sorry you were disappointed.

The Condo is beautiful and clean. We were so comfortable. The location is perfect. Just far enough away from the rides to give you quiet and relaxation and still be a short walk on the boards to get to the "action". We enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to visit again!

A group of ladies from our church just spent the weekend at this lovely 19th st condo. It couldn't have been nicer! It was pristine when we got there and the pictures can't really show how nice it is. Comvortable seating for us, perfect location, and lots of bedrooms made sleeping arrangements a snap. There is a short walk to the beach, the pizza shop and the rental bikes are inview on the boardwalk. It's not in the noisy section of town but only a short walk on the oardwalk takes you to the action spots- rides, restaurants, and shopping. So nice to say good morning to the ocean without leaving your weekend home. So glad we found this gem in NJ! We hope to return!

Really nice, clean and comfortable condo. The location can't be beat. Owners were very accommodating. We had a great family vacation and hope to be back next year!

Stayed at this property from 7/3/10 until 7/17/10. It was very close to the boardwalk and beach, you could hear the ocean from the deck. We were very comfortable with a rotating cast of family and grandchildren--room for everyone. We were pleased with the North Wildwood location as it was not as congested as Wildwood, a mile away. Everyone had a great time. Walking distance to Little Giant store was very handy, too. WiFi worked great, also. It was a wonderful vacation.

we had such a great time at this house! it was very open and spacious and gave us the comfort of home right at the beach! it was such a wonderful, short walk from the boardwalk and was so beautiful. ill have and cherish memories of my stay at this home forever.

What a wonderful location for a beach vacation. Quick walk to the boardwalk and the beach! Great open floor plan. We had a great time!! Would definitely come again and recommend to a friend...
