Brand new, spacious, 10 bedroom plus a kid friendly den/play area upstairs (this den could be used as a bedroom), full bath with each bedroom. In addition to the ten full bathrooms with each bedroom and a full bath with the kid friendly den/play area, there are also two 1/2 baths on the first floor, 2 private outdoor showers, easy 2 block walk to either the beach or Main Street, children's playground 1 block away, no major highway to cross to get to Ocean.
Bethany Beach recently completed reclamation project has been a great success. This property was designed for large families and multiple families to comfortably stay a week or two with lots of room and private areas including a first floor surround sound system (speakers on each of the 3 upstairs decks and the front first floor porch) and blu ray and a second floor loft area with 42" flat screen and lots of comfortable places to enjoy your vacation week at the beach. Bethany Beach is very family friendly and this house was designed accordingly.
Our family has been enjoying Bethany Beach for decades and from our experience over the years, we designed this new house with all the amenities we hope you'll enjoy!

We love the family friendly environment and the lack of high rises that reminds us of our childhood memories of vacations at the beach. Our family has lived in the Bethany Beach area since the late 1700s. We love the peaceful environment. We park our car and leave it for the week since just about everything we need is within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Large living area in addition to the numerous rooms. We designed the house with large families and reunions in mind. Each bedroom has its own full bath. We enjoy the large gathering spaces and the small nooks we created for small groups to gather. We are a multi generational family with a large number of adult siblings. So we designed the space to fit the needs of a lot of families gathering together for a week! We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do and we hope you and your guests will respect the high end features we have included in the house.

I have planned many company outing w/much success. This house was the very best property I have ever found for such events. Everyone of my clients just counldn't get over how wonderful this home is. I wll be using this place again for my next event, it is only a 2 1/2 hour drive for my people. Far enough away to be away ,close enough to get poeple to give up a weekend. The sponsors I had also want to plan other events here. I hope to be able to rent it this coming summer for my family. I was in a much larger home on the beach, the week before, it may have been bigger but did not compare.

My family was so appreciative to stay at your home.. It was soo lovely... it accomodated a large group comfortably, it was very clean and nicely decorated and convenient to the beach.
