Our 10 night stay was fantastic! We already want to go back and have recommended this place to others. It was the fishing trip of a lifetime. Go out to about 800 ft and we caught ten 10-12lb dolphin. On another we caught four 80-120lb tarpon. We appreciate all the helpful communication and the easy departure. We found the home to be very comfortable with easy access to open water. Great eating and shopping nearby. Thanks again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Wonderful place for a Summer escape. My family & I have made this our home away from home for the Summer. Nice quite area with a family atmosphere. Will rent here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed for two weeks in December 2010. The house was very clean and well kept and the location is great, very close to shopping and many great restaurants. the owners were very nice to deal with and answered all of our questions. We had manatees in the canal in front of the house every day and the beach around the corner was a treat. We would stay again and our family and grandkids had a great time. The pool table was a hit with the kids.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The property was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The owners did a great job of keeping us informed and communicating with us. We were there for a week and could not have been happier with the location, dock in the back and all the ammenities.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Very spacious living area. House very clean. Right on the canal, could walk out the door and fish. Was toward the end of the canal and very peaceful and quiet. Everything you need except food. Games and billiard table inside for when it rained. Great time. Good communication with owners.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We spent the month of January and had a great time. The place was very clean and well maintained and in a good neighborhood. Walk to shopping. Very nice home we loved it . We had a visit every day by manatees . Has a great outside deck injoyed it every morrning. Very clean home ,and really well kept . I left my gps there and Tom sent it to me he wouldn't let me pay for shipping great people. Great fishing and don't forget the shrimp run in Adams cut.Thanks Tom.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental property. Comfortable and well equiped. Brought our boat - had plenty of parking for vehicle and boat trailer. My family stayed 7 - 12 Jun 09 and had a wonderful vacation. Very impressed with the communications prior to and during the stay. Yes, this owner will actually answer the phone/emails and talk with you.. The home was very comfortable, and had all supplies, just bring food. Very clean, and resonably priced. I loved how the boat was moored out back 24/7 with no additional fees at all! We enjoyed FANTASTIC diving, deep sea fishing and boating for zero additional fees! we spent a great 5 days relaxing in the Keys. the house was really comfortable and inviting.
