Great care has been taken to masterfully renovate this 7000 sq ft Lake Lanier retreat. From the moment you walk in, you appreciate the large, open kitchen, dining area and great room. You can't help but notice the high, wood paneled, vaulted ceiling with Crow's Nest. Adjacent to this, is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, large gas fireplace and entertainment center. For those who just can't seem to "get away", or "unplug", wireless broadband internet is provided.
With the many generous indoor amenities and lake activities, this retreat is ideally suited for a corporate retreat or large family reunion. On the terrace level, guests can enjoy a large recreation room with pool table, second "kitchenette", island/game table,42" flat panel TV with cable. Just a few steps away, guests can immerse themselves in a thrilling movie experience in our professionally designed and installed movie theater. Now showing your movie of choice, this theater has generous seating and spectacular surround sound. When our guests are ready to be outdoors, there is no shortage of amenities. This retreat boasts a private concrete boat ramp, deep water boat house for your boat or jet skis and separate, large swim deck.
When guests are ready to retire for the evening after a full day of activity, there are beds for everyone! This retreat sleeps 20 people comfortably in beds and up to 26 people including our provided folding mats and crib.
*Master 1 - King bed, queen size La-Z-Boy hide-a-bed, 42" flat screen, DVD Player, cable TV, spacious his and her bathroom.
*Master 2 - King bed, queen size La-Z-Boy hide-a-bed, 42" flat screen, DVD player, cable TV, private bathroom.
