GRANDVIEW, which was once known as Grandview at Pleasure Point, is located on 5¼ acres of Maryland’s famed Eastern Shore and is just minutes away from the restaurants and boutiques of St. Michael’s and Easton. It is surrounded by 1300’ of waterfront and 1,000 acres of wild life preserve, Grandview is a natural for fishing, crabbing, boating, and waterfowl viewing, with cycling, golfing, and other recreational and family activities near by.

Ideally suited for year-round getaways. Our guests may use the pool, which sits on the point enjoying a “Grandview” of the water, the two piers, offshore anchoring, and several 14’ row boats for our guests' pleasure.

  • My family (husband, parents, brother, sister, nieces and sister-in-law) spent a wonderful long weekend at Grandview recently. The setting was gorgeous and the design of the home was both beautiful and perfectly functional for our group. We had plenty of room to be together indoors or out, as well as charming places to sneak away for relaxation or privacy. Having been a guest before (and I thought Grandview was wonderful THEN), I can say that the recent redesign of the kitchen area and bathrooms took the main house to the next level. I'd highly recommend it!

  • We went down for our 1st year wedding anniversary and stayed in Cottage #2. It was perfect! We did a little fishing, tried our luck at crabbing, and went into town for a delicious crab dinner (which is only about a 10-15 min. drive)! The property is very well kept, clean, cozy, and comfortable! A perfect destination for some serious rest and relaxation!
