Two bedroom suites on each level making this an ideal home to share with another family.
Main living/dining area upstairs and family room with mini-kitchen on first floor. Easy beach access just 25 yards away. TVs in all bedrooms and big screen TV/DVD in downstairs great room, DVD/VCRs throughout. HI-SPEED INTERNET. Ideal for a large family gathering - NO SPECIAL EVENTS ALLOWED. (Use of home is restricted to the rental occupants ONLY.).
Pool heated for an additional $30 per day or $200 per week. Ample parking, some covered.POOL HEATER ONLY WORKS IF THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE IS 50 DEGREES OR ABOVE. THIS IS DUE TO THE TYPE OF HEATER. (HEAT PUMP) THIS USES THE OUTSIDE AIR TO CREATE THE HEAT. IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH HEAT IN THE AIR IT WILL NOT WORK.

The unigue area with park land between 30A which creates such a nice buffer. You feel like you are in another world but yet you have all the fun a bike ride or walk away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Being able to set up a beach tent and chairs and leave them on the beach and know they are safe. Not having over crowded beaches. Hearing the waves from the deck. Walking by beach to Graytons little shops and restaurants. Riding bikes to Water Color and Seaside Fun.
