  We rented this house for my college graduation in May 2009 and couldn't have asked for better accomodations! The house has plenty of space for a large family. The furniture was very comfortable. I even have a family member who is wheelchair bound and she was able to get around. Pat and Kevin are great! They helped us out in a pinch when our original house's landlord had to cancel. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

  Our friend booked this home for 6 of us for Dec. 23rd ,2010 through Jan 3rd, 2011.We were the only two guests and had this very beautiful home for ourselves.It was like a honeymoon. Let me tell you ,book this home first. It was the best Christmas and New Years ever. Thank-you so much,

  Dear Kevin and Pat, What a nice spacious home for our extended family to stay. It had all the dishes we needed for meals here. The pool was a hit with everyone, especially the five kids.The house is in a great location, close to lots of fun. Thank-you for the fun stay!

  We stayed at the house for over 2 weeks and had plenty of room for all of us - 4 adults and 4 children. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The kids really enjoyed the pool and swam in it every day. The house is close to the beach (within 7 minutes) and we took advantage of it almost every day. There are several supermarkets nearby (Publix had bigger selection and better prices). It is easy and failry close to get on and off the highways - both 95 and Florida Turnpike. We took several road trips and the house was in a great location to do that. Kevin was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had about what to do in the area or about the house. We would recommend this house and would rent it again when we are in the area. Thanks Kevin, we loved staying in the house.

  This house is truly awesome! I was with 6 other ladies and we had tons of space. Getting ready to go out to dinner was easy with 4 bathrooms! The location is perfect - you can easily get around with or without a car (cab rides weren't that expensive). The pool was incredible! Definitely a highlight for us. We hung out there every afternoon when we got back from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen is amazing! We were all very impressed, to say the least. I highly recommend this house for anyone! It was far better than staying in a hotel. Kevin was very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything!

  We visited Fort Lauderdale in late February. Two families with 3 kids, Having the private pool is great, house was clean and nice. We loved the large kitchen as it served as a center of action during our stay. There is a 7-11 just close by, and also a shopping mall with a supermarket, coffee shop and a couple of OK restaurants (just a couple of blocks north). We were constant visitors to the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex (International Swimming Hall of Fame is also there), and the 1,5 mile drive to and from the house was very easy, even with traffic. Overall a very nice stay, and we really hope that we can return.

We are within 5 miles of the Pine Crest School and their 1st class International Aquatic Complex. We are located close to the Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center that hosts many business events such as American Marketing . It is only only a short walk to the world famous-Las Olas Blvd and all the shops, museums,art studios and restaurants We welcome all sports teams including soccer ,rugby, MMA, swimmers and golfers.   What a terrific time we had in Ft Lauderdale! Such a beatiful and coloful city. Shall I say the entire trip was perfect? This home and our stay there was outstanding. Kevin the owner, was a most gracious host who met us at his beautiful home the first day. He provided us with a detailed tour, accompanied with information regarding the city surroundings and sights, he answered all of our questions, he then handed us the key and allowed we ladies to "have at it". The home is located very close to Broward Blvd, a main thoroughfare which gives easy access to restaurants, banks, stores, casinos, etc. Broward Blvd became our friend during our stay. It is a straight shot on Broward to 95S which is a direct route to Miami. Should you wish to experience Ft Lauderdale night life, this spacious home is located very close to Las Olas Blvd which is extremely vibrant at night and by day Las Olas Blvd can get you to the gorgeious beach/Atlantic ocean within a few short minutes. This same street will take you do the channel for boarding boats and ferries which you may take for a tour of the fabulous mansions and yachts of Millionaires Row. Just a few blocks away from the home we found another mall with a Winn-Dixie grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. We especially became fans of a very tasty Louisiana style restaurant within that same mall. Be assured the pictures do not do justice to the home. It was quite clean and very well maintained including the pool which we certainly took advantage of to cool off during the warm late nights. The yard surrounding the home was green and lusciously tropical with beautifully colored flowers and a mango tree. There is ample space within the home to sleep 12. I found it so delightful to occupy the master suite and be able to awake in the morning and look directly out of the french doors and view the swimming pool. Within the master suite is a large walk-in closet with shelving along with a lovely master bathroom that has a large deep bathtub with jets, double sinks and vanities, a separate tall shower and a separate toilet area with an accompanying bidet. For your listening and viewing pleasure there are flat screen tv's upstairs and downstairs that are connected to a theater sound system. May I again say everything was splendidly pleasurable and we had a terrific time? With no hesitation we will recommend and do highly recommend Kevin's property for your stay in the beautiful city of Ft. Lauderdale.

  We stayed for 2 weeks (last week of July, first week of August). The house is absolutely amazing for those needing extra room (larger families/groups). It can easily sleep the numbers shown since it has 4 bedrooms plus about 4 sleeper sofas. House looks GREAT, like new (I believe Kevin - the owner - mentioned they just rebuilt/remodeled). Location is also hard to beat, blocks to grocery store, blocks to shopping/entertainment on Las Olas, a couple of miles to the beach (you could probably take the bike or walk to the beach if you wanted - it was just too hot for us to do that at end of July). One of the best neighborhoods in Ft lauderdale - felt 100% safe at all times, including walking the dog at night time or making a beer "run" to a nearby convenience store. We had a group of 10 and house seemed huge to us. We had days when additional family/friends spent the day with us at the house, just because it is so roomy! I would totally recommend this house and would not hesitate to rent again when needed! if anything, the pictures/descriptions don't do it justice - it is better than shown!
