There is a get away room on each of 3 levels. On the top floor there is a sunroom with a panaramic view of the ocean. On the mid level there is a den and on the lower level there is a pool room w/ a kitchenette.
Private pool, hot tub, and lots of privacy make this a wonderful vacation home.

Growing up in West Texas, we saw flat lands, few trees, and lots of sun. We fell in love with the ocean when we saw it, but never considered buying ocean property until we found the Outer Banks of NC. We love it in all seasons and especially like to spend time there in the off seasons when it is quiet, peaceful and we feel one with nature. The house offers wonderful views, privacy, easy acces to the ocean and convenience. We love the house as we know you will.

We visited OBX for the first time last week. I searched for months for a house and when I came across this one, I received great feedback from the realtor about the home owner. The price was OUTSTANDING for the location. Believe me -- I looked at 100's of homes and you will not find a location like this, with all this home has to offer for this price. We had wonderful ocean views and were just steps away from the beach access. The listing was very accurate and photos were identical to what we saw upon arrival. Very clean and well maintained property. We were able to bring our dog and she absolutely loved the beach. Loved Whalehead and the Corolla area. To top it all off -- shortly after we were moved in and were getting acquainted in our home for the week, the owner called to say welcome to his beach house. He wanted to make sure things were okay and wish us a nice visit to his home and OBX. That showed pride in ownership of his home, which was already evident to us. We loved our first visit to OBX and it will not be our last. Already looking ahead to 2011.
