Just a little more than one mile South of the world-class, The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, our newly renovated first floor condo is clean, bright, and spacious with 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths.
In 2008 we renovated all three bathrooms, added new tile floor to the entire condo, updated the kitchen cabinets, appliances, and countertops to provide a unique open floor plan.
The convenient floor plan is sure to please and accommodate all of your vacation needs. The Master Bedroom has a brand new King size bed with private full bath. The Master bathroom includes a state of the art glass shower with multiple shower heads and 2 sinks with separate vanities. In addition, the Master provides breath taking views of the ocean with separate access to the sun porch.
The Second Master Bedroom also has a King size bed with a newly renovated private bathroom with a glass shower. The Third Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a renovated private bathroom with a brand new shower/tub.
The Renovated Large kitchen opens to the living room and the dining room, providing a full view of the ocean while in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked with updated appliances. In addition, a separate laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is located next to the kitchen.
Parking includes spaces directly in front of the building.
For an additional fee, a weekly membership to the The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club's facilities: including golf, tennis, 3 swimming pools, hot tub, top fitness facility and classes, childcare, 3 restaurants, and The Spa is available to renters.
However, the best part of our condo is the amazing, unobstructed view of the ocean from all the main living areas as well as the huge Master suite. Enjoy family meals in either the dining area or on the patio. From the patio, you are only steps to a private beach access.
