Casa Verde is located in The Highland Lakes area on the upper Colorado arm of Lake LBJ (the northern arm of Lake LBJ between Kingsland and Inks Lake). Casa Verde is a gorgeous, 3,100 sq ft, 4 bedroom home on Lake LBJ.
NEW OWNERS AND MANY UPDATES FOR 2009 - BRAND NEW GAME TABLES INCLUDE FOOSBALL AND AIR HOCKEY / POOL TABLE COMBO. New interior decorating has been added throughout this wonderful home. There is now a full bath with walk-in shower downstairs. All the decks have been power washed and re-stained and a new railing has been installed on the outdoor balcony. The downstairs bedroom now offers a queen bed, a futon sleeper sofa and armoire. The upstairs living area has an additional sleeper sofa. Casa Verde can now sleep 14 guests / 16 max comfortably. Personal amenities include hair dryers in every bathroom and beach towels for guests’ use.

The two, waterfront upstairs bedrooms have amazing views of the lake with the master bedroom & upstairs living area doors opening onto a long balcony. The downstairs living area has large picture windows spanning the back of the home, providing natural light and wonderful views of the lake.
THE DOWNSTAIRS:
Living Area: Watch television or the boats rolling by in this handsomely decorated living room, equipped with a sofa, loveseat, sofa chair, coffee table, end table and media center. The media center has Direct TV, DVD player, and a stereo sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped and roomy, with granite countertops, custom cabinets, double-sink with disposal, built-in oven AND range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. There are three barstools for extra seating.
Dining Area: A spacious dining area with seating for ten. There is an additional card table/seating available.
Game Room: The converted garage now offers a combination air hockey / pool table as well as a table for playing cards or games. A small refrigerator in the Game Room allows for additional storage of drinks and food. Two convertible chairs offer additional sleeping accommodations. Games and puzzles are also available for your enjoyment.
Bedroom: The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, futon sleeper sofa and armoire. This room is perfect for kids or for guests that dislike walking up steps. It offers several picture windows with a beautiful view overlooking the water.
Bathrooms: There is a full bathroom downstairs with a large walk-in shower.
THE UPSTAIRS
Living Area: As you walk upstairs you are greeted by another spacious living area with large picture windows and double glass doors with spectacular views of the water and entrance to the outdoor balcony. This room has a foosball table, Direct TV, DVD player, stereo system and ceiling fan. A queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and a futon sleeper sofa equip this room nicely.
Laundry Room/ ½ Bathroom: Off of the living area is a laundry room with washer/dryer and a ½ bathroom.
Master Bedroom: Relax on the king-size bed or curl up with a good book on the couch and enjoy the view of the lake from the four picture windows overlooking the water. A ceiling fan, dresser, side tables, and Direct TV finish off this room.
Master Bathroom: The master bathroom is the jewel of this home! Soak in the Jacuzzi tub or enjoy the open, tiled standup shower. There is a long vanity with double sinks and mirrored wall. Superb tile work and faux leather wall treatments add interest and richness.
Second Bedroom: This bedroom offers a queen sleigh bed and three picture windows overlooking the water. Also included is a dresser, side tables and ceiling fan.
Third Bedroom: Great for kids! Two twin beds, bedside table, dresser, glider chair and ceiling fan. Puzzles, games, books and DVDs for younger children line the built in bookcase. A portable crib, stored in the closet, is also available.
Third Full Bathroom: The second and third bedrooms are joined by this full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, granite countertops and sink.
OUTSIDE:
Most of your time will be spent outside. At Casa Verde your outdoor activities are endless…
* Enjoy the outdoor patio with a barbecue or just simply relax - the patio has new outdoor furniture for dining and rockers for enjoying the view
* Sit and relax on the upper deck and watch the boaters and swimmers enjoy the lake
* Sunbathe, fish and/or swim off of the oversized, wooden deck that extends over the water
* Stay out of the sun, but close to the water, in the covered gazebo equipped with a table and chairs and ceiling fan
* Boat and/or jet ski right from Casa Verde! Park your boat in the covered boat dock or tie your jet skis up.
LOCATION:
Casa Verde is located in Hoovers Valley, off of Park Road 4. Inks Lake State Park is only a few minutes drive from Casa Verde, where you can hike, relax at the beach, rent a canoe or visit the famous Devil’s Water Hole. Visit Longhorn Caverns State Park 4 miles away on Park Road 4.
Hoovers Valley is approximately 10 minutes from Burnet and Kingsland and 20 minutes from Marble Falls. It is about 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 80 minutes north of San Antonio.
