  We just returned from Tulum and had a fabulous time. We stayed at Villas Geminis in Tulum Pueblo with Catherine and Hernan as our gracious hosts. We arrived around 3:00 and Catherine was there to be sure we were all set to go and had everything we needed including 3 pages worth of recommendations at the beach and in the pueblo. Restaurants, grocery and fruit/vegetable shops, you name it and they had it covered on the list. Our condo was spacious, clean and a very enjoyable place for 4 travelers to call home during our week in Tulum. The location was extremenly convenient to town on foot and a short drive to the beach in our car. Parking was safe and we felt comfortable and welcome during our entire stay. Having the full kitchen was a nice bonus as we ate in most days for breakfast. 2 full bathrooms was also a big plus with 4 adults in the condo. Beds are comfy and we slept very well. The front porch was also nice for a little reading, relaxation and a cold beer. We did enjoy a late movie to end the night one evening on the television. The grounds are lush and full of tropical plants surronding the pool and condos. You come through the gate and it feels like a little oasis

  We just returned from a long weekend at Villas Geminis and have come back with loads of memories and a fantastic experience!!! The apartment was PERFECT and was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay long enough! We can't wait to return and spend more time at our new Tulum home!!!

  Catherine, Hernan and Emma thank you so much for making our stay with you so pleasant. You were all so very attentive and extremely courteous. We will definately be back to see you next year. We felt like we were at home, the courtyard is beautiful and we felt very secure and safe. Your location couldn't be more perfect with being in walking distance from the strip (downtown) and less than 5 mins from the beach (driving).   I stayed at Villa Geminis when on a cave diving trip to Tulum, I had been to Tulum a few times before but this was my first time at Villa Geminis. What a great place! the rooms are really nice, in fact they are big luxury two story apartments with really cool decoration and furniture, AC in all the rooms and so many satellite movie channels on TV you don't even know what to watch. There was a nice modern kitchen too with all the amenities one would need if you wanted to cook, but we always go out in Tulum and eat at all the incredible restaurants there, but it was nice having a modern kitchen like that just in case. Villa Geminis is really close to all the restaurants and stores, but located on a back street so it is super quiet, I never heard a sound from the street in my week long stay. In addition to all of the above the owners are super cool and did all they could to make our stay even better, I go to Tulum to cave dive a few times a year and I will always stay at Villas Geminis from now on.

  Villas Geminis is "the place" to stay in Tulum. Great Accomodations, great scenery, and wonderul people. Catherine and Hermann took great care of us. Can't wait for our next trip to Tulum. We will definetly be staying at Villas Geminis again!

  My wife Johanna and i had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Villas Geminis this summer.. Johanna was pregnant with our son Giuliano!! The room was huge upstairs and downstairs great set up 2 big bedrooms 2 big comfortable showers !! So nice you wouldn't be mad if this was your home..The grounds are so well kept and Hernon and Catherine are 2 of the coolest people on the planet ( not excluding thier wonderful daughter Emma shes a GEM.. They are very connected so getting around was easy and meeting the right people in town was swift and quick!! Cant say enough about this place i have traveled all over the world Hotel Villas Geminis will get another visit ..!

  Staying @ Villa Geminis made this trip even better than the previous ones. The relaxed atmosphere combined with the welcoming arms of Catherine & Hernan makes you feel at home away from home from the moment you walk in. Walking distance from everything still far enough to be peaceful relaxing & safe... Stay there once & you will want to go back.

  Villa Gemini is an absolute gem! The accommodations have all you can dream of in terms of space, design and amenities. Catherine, Hernan and Emma are absolute sweathearts.   We were looking for a condo close to Tulum pueblo for our first trip to the Mexican Riviera. We really wanted to avoid the tourist trap all-inclusives & have a place that would be our base for a week of beach, sightseeing, snorkleing & adventure & to get a real taste of Mexico - Villa Geminis totally fit the bill! We arrived late, but their caretaker, Caesar, was able to get us checked in & we were immediately amazed at the place. It truly is an oasis just a few blocks off the busy pueblo. The condo is very spacious w/ a very accomodating kitchen, which we used daily, two full bathrooms, bedrooms & satellite TV and very tastefully decorated. Hernan & Catherine were very helpful in suggesting restaurants & sightseeing. It is w/in walking distance to many restaurants and about a 5 minute drive to the most amazing beach I've ever seen! We were able to park our car right outside & enjoyed the serenity within the gated walls of the condo. Many mornings & evenings were spent lounging on the hammock hanging out with their dogs and cat - we loved it! Hernan & Catherine really did an outstanding job w/ this place - we would definitely stay again when in Tulum.

  How nice to walk into our new, albeit, temporary home for 2 weeks and find a bowl of fruit on the table. Catherine and Hernan made contact with us immediately on our arrival to give us the lay of the land, extra house keys (we were two couples) and some written material about good restaurants, things to do, etc. Because they lived there, we could pick their brains about anything we were interested in doing, seeing, and/or buying. They gave wonderful suggestions. From then we were pretty much left on our own to relax and enjoy the safe little haven so close to town. We enjoyed hanging out there, meeting new people in the other condos, and loved the friendly dogs.....so much so that we left our door open so they could come and go. We liked being able to walk to town to shop for groceries,browse in the shops, eat out in the many restaurants, dance, listen to music or just being able to walk around town for exercise. I personally found the 3 km walk to the beach easy and was glad to get out and stretch my legs into a jog or fast walk. The condo itself was immaculate, the space ample with a nice open area for socializing. I liked having the bedrooms upstairs as it was quiet if someone wanted to sleep in late in the morning or turn in late at night as you couldn't hear conversation or the TV from the general living area. We would definitely return to Villas Geminis and look forward to seeing Catherine, Hernan and their beautiful daughter Emma again.
