If you’re looking for a perfect spot for fishing, or a quick boat ride down to Ponce Inlet for some of the East Coast’s best surfing, or just to relax and get away from it all, this is the place for you!
This completely remodeled house is located on the southern end of the island with plenty of beach, minutes from shopping, dining and the Canaveral National Seashore - a perfect spot to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.
The house is a three bedroom, two and one half bath home, complete with all the modern conveniences of home and the charm and décor of a classic beach house. A large porch in the front overlooks the Atlantic and in the rear, a six person dining table complements outdoor living. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, granite counter tops and plenty of dinnerware to entertain with as well as a separate dining room.
The upper living area has a large couch, flat screen HD TV and beautiful views of the Atlantic. A master bedroom, large custom bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub complete the upper level.
The downstairs features two bedrooms and a bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub as well as front and rear porches. In addition, there is a garage and laundry area and a completely enclosed and private back yard. Small pets are accepted.
