Santiago House is a newly renovated, fully furnished, 3+ bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in a wonderful, quiet residential neighborhood of Tucson, Arizona.
The home sits atop a hill that looks out to downtown Tucson and is beautifully decorated in a style that combines traditional Southwest and contemporary themes. A terrific open floor plan makes the home ideal for entertaining.
All rooms but one (TV lounge) are located on a single level. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom.
Santiago House is a great headquarters for a Southwest adventure, or a wonderful place to just relax. Walking and hiking trails are close by. There are four golf courses within five miles of the house, as well as a number of public tennis courts and parks.
The University of Arizona and downtown are five miles away. There are two major grocery stores within five blocks, as well as a post office, a number of restaurants (including some of the city’s best Mexican food) and many other retail conveniences.
A swimming pool available exclusively for neighborhood residents is only a couple blocks away.
