The Family-room has a wood floors, wood fireplace, furnished with leather sofa / love seat and a flat screen TV/Surround sound Home System . The living room is also furnished with a leather sofa and a love seat, sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.
The pool area is complete with two wood lounge chairs, out door refrigerator. and an incredible antique mexican bar, along with an octagon glass/metal dinning set for eight. The backyard overlooks a small lake, which is great for fishing and bird watching. Best of all, the amazing Sun Sets over the water is captivating.
