It is perhaps one of the most attractive sites in the 300 house Mantoloking Shore's community. The open view is supplemented by a rear lagoon that provides shelter for docking your boat and providing a great recreational area for crabbing, fishing, swimming & flotation devices. This is accessed from the "lower dock" ladder. This is also a great launch spot for the boater in the family. Access to the bay (just 100ft away) and finally the ocean (w/sport fishing) via the "canal" is very easy and direct!
The 50ft. wrap-around deck provides a great spot to relax while watching the kids in the water and/or for entertaining a large group!
This provides a great combination; for "relaxation" and a center of "recreation". The ocean beach is a short (2 blocks) walk away. This is a full service area, providing parking, snack bar, showers, bathrooms and life guards.

The Unique Benefits of this House
The 50ft deck on the water allows for multiple events; Family &/or guest entertainment, dinner/lunch parties, or just relaxing in the chaise longues...while children are swimming in the lagoon. In addition, the 3 entrances have gates that then provides a large "playpen" when small children are present.
In addition there is a 60ft sheltered dock on the 2nd lagoon at the rear of the house with space for a boat.
.........This is truly a relaxing VACATION OASIS .....also the ocean beach is 2 blocks away (with snack bar, bathroom facilities and professional lifeguards!! ......
