Centrally located at Thames Street, Lee's Wharf is THE Summer place to be in Newport. Picture yourself in the massive, queen-sized, four post, mahogany bed waking up to a view of the harbor just outside your window. The sumptuous living room and dining area are the perfect place for entertaining. Included is a large, two-car garage. There is a pool in the marina at the end of the wharf that is available for the use of my guests.

Bernadette is retired from IBM and former Green Beret Officer, Larry has always been in business for himself and probably will never retire. Most summers find us cruising on our boat or traveling to visit friends in faraway places.

NEWPORT has been Called the Hamptons for Connecticut. This friendly city is a boating, golf, and tennis mecca. From our apartment you can walk to everything: from the Mansions on Bellevue to the shops and restraunts on Thames St. Take a sail on the harbor or relax on the beach. We like the active life and everything Newport has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Penthouse
Our apartment has a southern exposure. Thus it is bright and airy. The sunsets from the harbor facing deck are spectacular. Having a 2 car garage here is a blessing. We are located across from the only 2 way street in Yachting Village. It is an easy 2 block hop to the nearest shopping center and back. The summer traffic is never a problem. Our 45' dock is only steps away and is available as a rental option. We have a pool next to the dock that is available for your use as well.
