Fantastic location for those looking for an urban lifestyle, supreme walkability to everything, with a diverse selection of restaurants. The area is definitely urban, yet still has a residential, neighborhood feel as well. The beach is nearby, Lincoln Park, kayak rentals, tennis, and outoor public swimming pool within a mile.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The Urban Townhome is located in the heart of the west Seattle junction. Shops, an array of restaurants, Farmers Market, bakery, grocery store, most of which is less than a block from the townhome.
Alki Beach and also Lincoln Park are both about five minutes or so by car. Ten min to downtown.
Townhome has a distant view of sound & the mountains- spectacular sunsets!
