You'll be 5 miles from the freeway (I-45 at exit 95) and just a few more miles to major grocery and retail shopping on the outskirts of Conroe.
This place feels and sounds like it's way out in the country, but it's just a short jog to the city, if that's more your speed.
Worried about allergies? House is floored (no wall-to-wall carpet) and all mattresses are encased in 100% allergen proof/waterproof covers.
All bedrooms, living room, and kitchen feature light blocking window treatments.
Kids and well behaved pets are welcome!
Please note this is located in a very maintained neighborhood with some full time residents. Plan to respect their property and stay off their lawns, driveways, docks, etc. Also, the HOA allows NO parking except on our own property (no street parking). There is also an authorized overflow parking area just a few houses down.
