This place feels and sounds like it's way out in the country, but it's just a short jog to the city, if that's more your speed.
Worried about allergies? House is floored (no wall-to-wall carpet) and all mattresses are encased in 100% allergen proof/waterproof covers.

Please note this is located in a very maintained neighborhood with some full time residents. Plan to respect their property and stay off their lawns, driveways, docks, etc. Also, the HOA allows NO parking except on our own property (no street parking). There is also an authorized overflow parking area just a few houses down.

Very clean, very roomy, very nice! Peaceful area, not too far from civilization, but you wouldn't know it sitting in the back yard. Having a wireless connection was a nice perk!

I recently stayed at the lakehouse with my girlfriends and it was PERFECT. Very spacious, everything we needed, and comfortable enough for us all. I will definitely go back again!!

Our girls weekend was so perfect. Down the road from great restaurants, but the house and neighborhood make it seem like you are in the middle of nowhere. The fishing was excellent, just don't use bread because you'll catch one of many turtles. I slept on the daybed and have to say it was the most comfortable mattress of any rental house I've ever stayed in. Some other important things of note: lots of towels, plenty of comfy couch space, roomy garage,HUGE TV!, and more than helpful owners. Will come back and stay again. Thanks!!!

I spent the weekend in this lovely house with a great group of girlfriends. We fished, talked, hung out on the patio, drank, and ate. The house is gorgeous and wonderfully maintained. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is modern and has every amenity you will need. My favorite part was the fact that we were able to have eight women take showers back to back and still have plenty of hot water! The area is nice and the renters are very accomodating. Highly recommend!

I recently spent 4 nghts at this beautiful lakehouse. In one word, RELAXATION! Truly, this was a beautiful home with great ammenities and a wonderful setting. Our group had 8 adults and we had plenty of room to roam and relax. The dock was used for fishing, the backyard to sit, bbq and have a drink or two. We enjoyed the big screen TV, comfy sofas and chairs and views from every window. I would recommend this to any family or group of friends for a great getaway. The kitchen is ready for some great grub, the home is very 'comfy' and the owner is so professional and has made this place a lakehouse vacation spot I will come back to again and again. Thank you for a great vacation!

My family recently stayed at this vacation house and had a blast! It's right on the river, has a great view, and the house is comfortable and just makes you feel right at home. It was very clean and well-maintained. All of the furniture and beds were comfy - they even had a pack & play for my son to use. We loved the big projection screen in the living room along with the TV/DVD player in the bedroom where the kids slept. The layout is great because all of the bedrooms are upstairs, so the late-nighters can party downstairs while letting kids/those early to bed a peaceful night's rest. The renters were super-friendly and nice and accommodating! We would definitely rent from them again.

I was able to spend a night here with a group of about 12, I made 13. It was really roomy, and I stayed in what I bubbed the 'black room'. It has black curtains and the bed frame is black, that's all. I really liked it because I'm a light sleeper and the morning sun wakes me up no matter what time I've gone to bed, but the curatins in this room did a great job blocking the sun in the morning. There were actually about 17 people there for the evening for a get-together and there was plenty of room for everyone. No one was tripping over anybody, there was plenty of seating. I would enjoy staying a long weekend there again! Pam
