A stunning property featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 large full baths, a private heated pool, gourmet kitchen, a full compliment of outdoor accommodations and plenty of space for a large family—all within a 3 minute walk to a private beach!
Interior amenities: Soaring ceilings with clerestory windows drench the great room with sunlight. Comfortable and casual overstuffed furniture provides the perfect nest for reading on a rare cloudy day. The huge master bathroom en suite includes a large tub, glass block shower with rain-flow head, and deliciously cool slate floors. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and an additional twin trundle bed. The third bedroom features a queen-size convertible bed and full bath (double basin) en suite that also provides additional access to the private pool area.
Gleaming hardwood floors and high quality linens accentuate the clean crisp feel of a well-tended house. A chef’s dream industrial stove, butcher block breakfast bar and plenty of prep space might entice even a vacationing cook to have a go! A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Exterior amenities: Beautiful private deck surrounding a very large heated in-ground swimming pool (36 x 18 ft) comes complete with lots of great pool toys and floats, comfortable lounging furniture, as well a large gas grill. Everything about the description was accurate and even better. It was the perfect family rental property - lovely bright interior with all the amenities of home (including games, beach towels, books, magazines), a pool that was always a perfect 83 degrees, a fully stocked kitchen and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. There were even pool floats, pool games and beach chairs that you could take down to the beach. Everything you could want was there.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.
