We spared no expense on making our place feel warm and inviting, from the high count linens to the mix of antiques and contemporary furnishings. All you need to do is unpack and enjoy the numerous amenities.
This property is located in the Edge at Grayhawk, a masterplanned community in North Scottsdale, close to World Class golf from the Grayhawk - Raptor and Talon courses to the TPC - home of the FBR Phoenix Open, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Wildfire and the Boulders. Shopping is just minutes away at Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, Desert Ridge, and Scoosdale 101. World Renowned restaurants are close including PF Changs, Mastro's Steakhouse, Morton's, Ocean Club, Bobby C's, Maggiano's , and Binkley's just to name a few.
Our suite is well layed out with a mastersuite on each side of the living area for privacy. The first master has a king bed with patio doors to the pool view patio. the second master has two twins with Four Seasons style linens that can be moved together if desired. The beautiful living area has a leather sofabed and loveseat. There is a stereo with i-pod dock, dvd player and plasma tv with full cable and HD channels.
We have a professional property manager that will meet you upon arrival and is happy to answer any questions and make your stay pleasant.

Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
After vacationing here in 2008 and seeings all the areas of Phoenix we knew Scottsdale was the place for our vacation home. The Grayhawk community in north Scottsdale is so peaceful and quiet, yet so close to world class golf ( Grayhawk Raptor and Talon, Troon North, TPC home of the FBR Phoenix Open, Wildfire and Boulders ) , several shopping areas ( Fashion Square, Kierland Common, Scottsdale 101 and Desert Ridge ) , hundreds of miles of hiking and biking paths, three lakes close for skiing, wakeboarding or seadooing, and easy access to the 101 loop to get us around. With all these so close and a Starbucks within walking distance, this is paradise !!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like that our property has a concierge to help us with dinner reservations, directions and local knowledge. The new fitness centre is just steps away for those early morning workouts. The Greatroom is a perfect place to hangout and play pool or use the games room with PS3, Xbox or Wii or make yourself a complimentary hot drink and watch sports in the lounge. This property is like being in a 5 star resort without the hotel feeling. The Greatroom also has free use of laptop computers with wifi to plan all your outings. Oh and if you're into golf like we are there are over 200 courses within a 2 hour radius,with the best deals online at www,golfnow.com .

Hi. My wife and I are from western Canada. Growing up with our winters has made us LOVE the warm weather in Arizona. The sun always makes you feel like smiling, and what a perfect start to your day of GOLFING, SHOPPING, HIKING, BIKING, EXPLORING or RELAXING by the pool. Phoenix has so much to offer, there is always something going on , with all major sporting teams, live theatre, car auctions, PGA and LPGA events, lakes within 30 minutes, you'll be glad of the pool and hot tub so you can unwind and plan your next outing.
