Moor's Edge is a unique six bedroom residence, with four baths and two kitchens, in the deep West End of Provincetown overlooking the Moors, Herring Cove Dunes and the Cape Cod Bay.
This property is available for larger groups who are looking for a single location to vacation together, or to celebrate special events. It is a fabulous place to celebrate special birthdays, summer weeks together, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.
It is the front building at the Village at the Moors townhouses at the end of Bradford St. Extension, and is the closest residence to Herring Cove Beach, and the National Seashore bike paths.
Moor's Edge offers comfort and spaciousness, while also allowing separation and privacy. The residence is approximately 3/4 mile from town center(15 minute walk) and about 1/2 mile from Herring Cove Beach. Parking is free in town during the off-season, and during the season, shuttles run regularly by the units. There are four parking places designated for guests in front of the building..
Moor's Edge is available year round to allow guests to experience Ptown's rich cultural offerings, great restaurants and shops, and unbelievable physical beauty in all seasons. Great values can be found during the shoulder and off seasons of September through May.
Moor's Edge, at the Village at the Moors, was completed in 2004 and has an upside-down floor plan to maximize views. Accommodations include 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and two large great rooms(L/D/K) with cathedral ceilings.
The linens are superior and the decor is comfortable and stylish, with a nod to the mid-century modern The kitchen facilities are superb with high end glassware and cookware, and stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a gas range.
There is a wonderful second floor deck that provides unbelievable big sky views of the moors, dunes and the bay and sunsets. This deck connects the two residences and has comfortable outdoor couches.

The deep west end of Ptown is the best part of town, I think. It's the only part of the town that I could call home, because it on the edge of the National Seashore and wilderness, yet is just steps from town.

Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine live between Boston MA and Provincetown. Ned works at Curry College, directing its Academic Enrichment Center and Itzik tutors math and is a hair stylist.

We have been renting the Moor's Edge for a wkend in June since 2005. The condo gets better and better each year. Ned and Izzy keep it impeccably clean and up to date......looking forward to the addition to the porch this year. We travel together 2x per year, and always rent a house or condo. Many have come to disappoint due to deterioration and uncleanliness. Moor's Edge has kept us coming back for 6 years. Well within walking or biking distance of downtown and beaches...even after a night out. The sunset is remarkable from the porches, as is the people watching during the day. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. Commercial Street is excellent for shopping, and again people watching. We would highly recommend Front Street or Bayside Betsy's for dining. There is something for everyone in Provincetown, and THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Perfect for friends, family, everyone. Ned is wonderful, and always helpful and available for any questions or problems.

My friends and i have rented this property every summer for the last 4 years and I consider it my home away from home. The location is perfect with incredible views, quality amenities and offers enough privacy to really escape. Perfect place for a big group to have the time of your life. Some of my most cherished memories took place sitting on balcony with a glass of wine and watching the sunset ( not to mention the endless brigade of beautiful men coming and going from the beach all day) I have stayed in many places in ptown over the years and this one is my favorite hands down! Counting the days until my return!

What an amazing place to ring in 2010! We (a group of 12 close friends/ i.e., 6 couples) spent two nights in these beautifully decorated condos over New Year's weekend. Perfect for a large group of friends or family. On the west end of Ptown ~ this is a hidden gem that's close to town. We'll be back ... already making plans to rebook for a week over the summer!

We had several families joining up for a holiday weekend and this house was the perfect setting.It had the benefits of shared spaces but had the ability of having privacy when needed. The location was great and the house is beautifully decorated and well supplied with everything you need. We can't wait to visit again!!!

We found this listing on VRBO and was it a great find. We rented both units for my family and my neighbor's. We celebrated 3 birthdays during the week and the units had every amenities imagined. The living spaces were comfortable and tastefully put together by the owners. Little details like great sheet and martini glasses. We talked into P-town but had the quiet and beautiful sunset over the dunes and ocean in the distance. The units are great for family who want to be together but like some space to take it all in. Definitely the whole gang will come back
