We are a 3 minute drive from the South Carlsbad Beaches. Hiking on the nearby Batiquitos Lagoon Nature Trail, Restaurants galore, easy freeway access are all part or our wonderful location . Take advantage of our beautiful Four Seasons Hotel and Restaurants along with golf on the Arnold Palmer design Aviara Golf Course. South Carlsbad is the #1 Southern California destination with great weather and active lifestyle. Enjoy the Del Mar Race Season and the Del Mar Fair this summer, only 15 minutes away.
Our home is spacious and equipped with all the modern amenities. Our solar heated pool is 50 ft. long for a good workout of swimming laps, then ease into our spa to relax those muscles. This location is private, our large corner lot offers you complete privacy with great sun tanning next to our salt water pool with 2 waterfalls and Baha beach.
Two bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and the other two are equipped with Queen size beds. Plenty of towels and comfortable sheets and pillows make for a good nights clean up and rest. Our fully appointed gourmet kitchen has everything you need for a great meal.
Sit by the fire pit and BBQ a healthy Southern California meal after an active day golfing at one of many San Diego's great golf courses or spending the day playing volleyball at the beach.
We have 2 HD televisions, one DLP and the other LCD for family entertainment. Our home is professionally maintained and we are personally available to serve your needs.
