The address is 409 Elk Avenue, on the sunny side of Elk Avenue our main street.
You can't get a more beautiful or centrally located home than this!
The whole house is in immaculate condition and the Kitchen has been recently remodeled and featured in numerous home and garden magazines. There is a fenced-in backyard with a Private Hot Tub. Two off-street parking spaces(rare and coveted in Crested Butte.)
You have an easy location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and easy access to the free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes up to the mountain. Or, make like a real local, and rent some townie bicycles to tour the town. (As us about our great discounted rate for Townie Bicycles!)
This house has 4 bedrooms, one with a King-size bed, one Queen size bed, and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. (A total of four twin beds.) There are two full baths and a half bath. Great gas fireplace, huge LCD television, I-Pod dock, CD Stereo, off-street parking, fenced in front and back yard, and a private hot tub!

Have groceries waiting in the fridge, lift tickets on the counter, ski equipment delivered and fitted at the house! We have many great restaurants and a local catering business that would love to make dinner at home from two people up to as large of a group as wanted. (Virtually the same price as going out but better and still no clean-up.)
