Our end of summer vacation was excellant mostly due to the location of the condo. we stayed in. It was spotless when we arrived,had every amenity (and then some) that we needed,and David,the owner,was so easy to work with.....very accomodating! We were allowed to bring our pups,which is VERY important to us. There is a nice area to walk them,and bags to clean up after them were provided. I hope to stay again and again! You never have to get back into your car if you don't want to because this condo. is centrally located .Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

This place was very nice, it is decorated very tastefully. The owner was really nice and great to work with, he responded to all emails within a day. It is pet friendly and very secure, it is gated and you have a key fob to get access to the parking and the condos, The view of the bay and the ocean was great, you can set on the balcony and soak up the sun in the afternoon. Watching the Blue Angels practice from the balcony on Tues and Weds mornings was another added bonus. Thanks so much to the owner for everything we really appreciated it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The first day we arrived there was a thunderstorm. The condo was the perfect place to enjoy the storm. Wall to Wall sliding glass doors with an open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen. The rooms were tastefully and beautifully decorated, welcoming you to enjoy your stay. The view from the large deck was beautiful and expansive. The amenities in the building included a dog walk area, beautiful gardens, pool and a small water front beach area. We were able to leave our car parked throughout the full visit, walking to various restuarants, beaches, the boardwalk, stores and wine shops. I would highly recommend this rental and will be staying here again if we return to the Pensacola area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

As soon as we had a due date for our first grandchild, we booked a month-long stay at this wonderful condo for my husband, our small grand-dog, and myself. We wanted to be close to our son and daughter-in-law in Pensacola, but not have to inconvenience them by staying at their house. The location was convenient and easily accessed from Pensacola. All the restaurants, shops, and beach were nearby, within easy walking distance. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, great TV and WiFi connection, property security was appreciated, dog walk areas convenient, well-appointed kitchen, great water views and sunsets from a large balcony with plenty of comfortable furniture. You can't find a better condo or location on Pensacola Beach! Dave and Lisa are a pleasure to work with...we had a wonderful month getting to know our new granddaughter and Pensacola Beach!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

The condo is absolutely wonderful. Beautifully furnished throughout. Beds are so comfortable. Close proximity to everything. Only about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot to the beautiful beach. The balcony is so nice. We sat out for hours every day watching the boats in Sabine Bay. We stayed for a week and loved it. We will definitely be coming back. Dave was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

We like to go to Pensacola Beach the third week of September for the Pensacola Seafood Festival and also just wind down summer getting ready for winter. This condo makes it so easy to just relax and enjoy the day. From watching the Blue Angles practice on their home turf on Wednesday morning to seeing the sun set with a cold drink. We stayed a week and by the end of that time we felt like it was our own home. It was very nicely decorated and was very clean. we were able to walk to all of our beach activities; parasailing, jetski, beach, walking the fishing pier, and dining.. The only time we used the car was to go to Peglegs, and into town for the festival. David and Lisa were great to work with as this was our first stay in the South Harbour complex. If you are wanting to stay on the beach, this is the place to do it at...Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My mother and I throughly enjoyed our stay here the condo was beautiful with excellent water views from every direction. The location couldnt have been better it was within walking distance of everything. We were so pleased with the condo and the location. The man that takes care of the property was there always to help if needed. I love the security considering it was the 4th and several people were all over the streets. I can not say enough good things about the condo location and stay. Dave was a pleasure to work with and answered every question we had. We will be back!!!! We really enjoyed our experience at this condo in the middle of everything at Pensacola Beach. When we arrived, it was clean and neat and everything was there that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, washer-dryer, and wide screen TV. This is a very tastefully decorated 5th floor 2 BR 2 BA at South Harbour, which is right in the heart of Pensacola Beach across the street from Casino Beach and within a very easy stroll to several great local restaurants. The view of the boat harbor behind the building provides stunning sunsets and great afternoon sun on the huge balcony. There is a decent workout room and a sauna and a very nice pool with all day sun exposure on the pool deck due to its careful placement. Peg Leg Pete's (our favorite beach restaurant for variety and value is a short drive toward Ft. Pickens (4 mins tops). We'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners.

This vacation home was PERFECT! This resort property filled all of our expectations for a family getaway to Florida. Very secure, easy access, beautiful views, within walking distance for most anything. Worth every penny. It met our families expectations and more. Clean, comfortable, great patio with spectatular view. Enjoyed the clear and beautiful light blue water on the beach. A paved sidewalk ran on the other side of the road that went along the shoreline and provided my dog and I with a scenic run. Everything we needed was within walking distance.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great place to stay and stay and stay, etc. We felt at home the moment we walked in. The Unit was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Even had the same TV I watch at home. The views -- the best and the communication between Dave and us was great. Someone was even waiting at the condo with the keys upon our arrival! Can't wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+

If you want a nice condo with a convienient location this is it. This condo has a beautiful view of both the ocean and the bay. Was very clean and beautifully landscaped. The gated access made us feel very secure. We brought our pets and did not have to worry about taking them out at any hour. It was quiet and the location was fantastic. Dave was so nice and made renting this property a breeze. Lisa Smoker made us feel so welcome and assisted us with anything we needed with just a phone call. We couldn't have been more pleased with this rental. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful vacation rental. It was more exactly as the discription on the website. We stayed at this condo for almost a week -- my husband, two boys and dog. Everything about our stay was great. The condo looks even better in person. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially first thing in the morning and at sunset. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Lisa, who greeted us and showed us around, was so helpful and just a sweetheart. Dave, the owner, is terrific -- such a nice man. He answered any little questions I had through email before we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. It was a very secure and clean condo. Beautiful view of the bay and sunsets. Plumbing was really noisy.....not a big deal. Lisa Smoker was terrific. We were, however, awakened by a domestic fight at next door unit very early on Saturday morning.....police quietly came by that unit that afternoon and removed the female from premises....Did you find this review helpful? I have had the pleasure of staying at this awesome condo, and all I can say is wow! Everything is brand new. By new, I mean 2009 new!!!
