Perfect for star gazing! Walking distance to hiking and biking trails, seasonal creek and village with several restaurants, post office, coffee shops and boutiques.
California coast only 5 minute drive. Santa Monica and Malibu only 5-10 minutes further! Great for surfing & swimming. Many other activities and destinations nearby such as theme parks, horse back riding, boating, etc.
Charming, unique home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (with amazing view), cathedral ceiling in living room and loft/office area above. Authentic wood beams and paneling, hardwood floors and Berber carpeting. Spiral staircase and Franklin stove in living room.
Full kitchen with double range and dishwasher. Separate dining area. Many unique built-ins and hand-crafted wood and stone work. Sleeps 4-7 comfortably. Queen bed, double aero bed mattress, single fold out bed and double bed pull-out couch.
Shared laundry. Off-street parking for several cars. Beautiful patios(one shared, one private) equipped with lounge chairs and gas grill and firepit/bbq.
Wi-Fi and cable tv service included. Phone available. Guest house is currently occupied next door.
