A professionally decorated, luxury beach home, just steps from the sugar white beaches and gorgeous emerald waters of Destin, Florida. We are located within the Emerald Shores subdivision, a tropical, family-oriented, beach ownership community of upscale homes, situated 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the two large heated community pools, the close proximity to the beach, access to the beach pavilion, onsite tennis, and the security of gated entrances.
Soft sandy shores and beautiful emerald water are just steps away. The privately owned beach pavilion is for Emerald Shores owners and rental guests only (entry code), and is accommodated by private bathrooms (entry code), outdoor showers, and beach service (chairs and umbrella).
We are close to restaurants, water sports, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in the south) and the newly opened Destin Commons. Destin Commons is a unique, open-air village, featuring upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, and a 14-screen, stadium-seating movie theater located 1.5 miles west. From Coconut Cove, you can safely bike with the kids through the neighborhood and along the paved bike paths for awesome beach views. Our favorite activity. Ask about beach bike delivery and pick-up to Coconut Cove!
From Coconut Cove, you can walk to either Captain Dave's On The Gulf, Wahoo's Oyster Palace, or Pompano Joe's Seafood and sample some of the local seafood flavors or just to relax and sip on a cold one.

This recently remodeled, Caribbean-themed, two-story vacation home is located approx. 900 ft. from the beach and only four houses away from the neighborhood pool within the Emerald Shores subdivision, a gated beach ownership community. This stately home has a spacious 1900 square feet of living area, a gourmet kitchen which includes granite counters, stone back splashes and stainless appliances. Home is fully equipped with all kitchenwares and utensils for casual or gourmet dining. You will enjoy "Coconut Cove's" large porches, balconies, patios, decks, barbecue grill and outdoor shower. Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and living areas.
The home boasts a luxurious Master Bedroom on the main floor (no steps) and is complemented by a spacious master bath with an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity granite sink, and garden tub. There are many custom finishing touches in "Coconut Cove". The open and integrated kitchen/living room/dining room floor plan makes "Coconut Cove" a perfect set-up for two-three families or for three couples. Audio/video includes 5 TV's (TV's in every room, 5 Flat Screens, with a 42" LCD wall mount in the living room), 3 DVDs, and iPod/Stereo/cd player
Balconies, porches, decks and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. Doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pools, onsite tennis or restaurants. The home has wireless high-speed internet access (wireless 802.11g or b). Why settle for an entire week of that cramped condo feeling when you could be stretching out and enjoying all of the pleasures and domestic comforts of being in your own home while on vacation at the beach! An array of amenities is at your doorstep.
Pool is four houses away. Outdoor grill, outdoor shower, patio chairs and table. Driveway will accommodate a maximum of four vehicles. Note: We do keep two pull wagons at the home for your use when going to the beach or pool.

We had a great vacation in this home. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The home was the perfect size for our family. The kids really liked the bunk room with their own TV. We look forward to vacationing here again.

I really enjoyed the house, the decor and furniture were so comfortable, the kitchen has so many appliances and dishes it was fun to cook. The beds were great and even the bath towels were in abundance and lush. The walk to the beach was no even an issue because we knew where we were coming back to. I recommend bringing bicycles and a wheeled cooler to the beach. I loved the pavilion on the beach and to have a restroom right there-amazingly convenient! I would not waste my time going to Fudruckers/nasty but I enjoyed the Whales Tale/the grouper was amazing. The reservation processing for this was so easy, and YES, I will go back! I have spoken to my family about getting a bigger home and doing holidays there...thanks to the Coconut Cove house/retreat I am ready to go back to my hectic lifestyle rested and refreshed. Do it you wont regret it!!!

The clean smell when we walked into the house the first time. Ahhhh! Thanks for a great stay! Next May we will be at Bimini Breeze and I know it will be just as enjoyable as Coconut Cove. Can"t wait to come back! " We look forward to seeing y'all next year!

Coconut Cove was the cleanest and nicest rental we have ever rented. It is a beautiful home equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The community of Emerald Shores is an excellent place to stay convenient to resturants and shopping and a short walk to one of the nicest beaches in Destin. We will definitely rent from Jay every tine we return to Destin.

It's always a pleasure to rent a home from Jay and Betty. Emerald Shores is a safe, convenient, and beautiful neighborhood. Most important to us and especially families with small children, is the pavilion on the private beach area with restroom facilities! Coconut Cove is a beautiful home at a very good value. The walk is not a problem with the wagon provided and worth the effort. I think this is our third time to enjoy CC and I'm sure we will not only rent this home again, but any of the homes Jay and Betty own as they are all of high quality. Last year we rented a VERY expensive home on the beach for our son's honeymoon. He was very disappointed and said he would have rather been in one of Jay's homes across from the beach! Lastly, the owners are a pleasure to work with before and during our stay!
