Casa Tres Vistas is a special property that sits in a unique locale surrounded by the Zone Verde (a nature preserve) between Playa Palada and Playa Guiones making either beach a 12 minute walk thru a tropical paradise filled with the wonders of the flora and fauna of Guanacaste.
Nestled on a hill with an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean and unbelievable sunsets toward the west and mountain views toward the East, this bird-lover’s paradise is very private yet centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores, surf shops, sport fishing, a canopy tour, river tours, horseback riding and of course the Nosara Yoga Institute.
Casa Tres Vistas is a three level home, with each level having a veranda, fans, air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, tiled bath, living space (2nd floor living space is open air), and 1-2 bedrooms. The 2nd & 3rd floors each have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4-6 people.
The 1st floor is a one bedroom and accommodates 2 people. The building can be rented as a whole or by levels.
Enjoy the beautiful infinity pool in the common area along with an outdoor shower and grill and wander down the steps that lead to the Zone Verde and the walking paths that go to town and the beaches. There is a washer and dryer on the premises and maid service available.
