Our home is located in the 4 Star Regal Palms resort but has 5 star enjoyment and value factor. The property is ideal for golfers, large familes or two smaller families.
The resort facilities include heated lagoon pool, water slides, lazy river, fully equipped gym, restaurant and bar, sundry shop, sauna, jacuzzi and much, much more. The pool area is open for swimming etc with full lighting until 23.30 hrs. There is a large Publix supermarket, Applebees family restaurant, fast food, bars, beauty salon and more within walking distance of the property. There are many more bars, restaurants and shops located close on Highway 192.
Disney attractions 15 mins, I-drive, Seaworld and Universal 20 mins. There is a 24 hour reception on site and they offer a shuttle service to the theme parks.
The property itself has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite. All bedrooms have tv/dvd players. Open plan elegant, spacious and comfortable living area with two sofas, TVv, dining table, double doors opening onto patio area. The bathrooms all have shower/bath and have a modern contemporary feel. The property is ideal for disabled or elderly guests (with some limitations) with 1 of the bedrooms on ground level and ensuite. The modern shaker style kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need and has dining sets to accomodate 8 people. The property will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. All linen and towels are provided and may be washed by guests as required. Beach towels are available poolside.
The whole resort is child friendly making it an ideal choice for families, the pool area is only accessible by key code and is exclusively for Regal Palms guests only. Adjacent to property is award winning 18 hole 72 par championship golf course.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
My husband and myself love holidaying in the Davenport area and have been coming to Orlando for many years. When we viewed Regal Palms we loved the resort concept and decided it was an excellent rental property for all ages. We visit our home 3/4 times per year and have an excellent husband and wife taking care of our property when we are at home in Ireland so you can be assured the property is always in pristine condition.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
The sunshine is the obvious, Disney themeparks, Universal, I-Drive and many, many other attractions a short drive, the pool area and clubhouse on the resort are excellent. We are experienced world travellers and the pool area at Regal Palms is one of the best I have seen. Of course the excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance are another benefit. As I spend a lot of time at the property myself I have equipped my property with everything I need for my stay and also keeps my guests requirements in mind. For those with young children there is a highchair, travel cot/crib and stroller in the property for guests use. There is no additional charge for these items. For the golfers out there, there are at least 3 golf courses within 5 minutes of the property. If you wish to rent clubs, golf carts etc this can all be arranged with the lady who looks after my home. She can also provide you with special extras such as welcome packs (bread, milk, cereal, tea, coffee etc.) which will be at the property for your arrival. Champagne, chocolates and flowers can also be arranged, just inquire when making your booking request. The lady who looks after my home is based locally and will be available to help you with any enquiry, advice or information you need. I will provide her contact details when confirming booking.
