Beautiful lake and mountain views from this easily accessible unique three bedroom, two bath condo over its two car garage in a gated community adjacent to the world class Superstition Springs Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. We've installed an Acorn Stairlift to assist those folks who have difficulty climbing stairs to an upper level condo.
Tastefully furnished with a King size bed in the master suite, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom with private balcony and two twin beds in the third bedroom, it sleeps up to six people.
This smoke-free condo is fully appointed with all the comforts of home including central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, a natural gas barbeque (no tanks to change) on the main balcony off the living room and Master Suite, a water conditioning system, digital cable Hi-Def flat-screen TV in living room, flat-screen TVs also in master suite and queen bedroom, DVD player, stereo, washer, dryer, local telephone w/answering machine and Cox Cable wireless internet.
Our vacation home is only steps away from the all-year heated pool & spa, pool-side barbecues, lakeside strolling paths and the club house.
The condominium is minutes from numerous golf courses, casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, a multi-plex theater, and major retail shopping centers.
It is in close proximity to the Superstition Mountains, museums, an amusement park, the Phoenix Zoo, and Spring Training Baseball as well as the Mesa Marketplace, a Swap Meet where everything for the super-shopper can be found regardless of whether you need it, want it or simply fall in love with it.
The California Coast, Las Vegas & Laughlin, Nevada, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff are only a few hours away.

Mesa offers a near perfect climate for escaping the cold and snow of winter. Early Fall begins the exit of those high temperatures of summer. The holiday season is joyous with lots of decorations, activities and events for the young as well as for the young-at-heart. Swim in the heated pool or simply soak in the spa/hot tub while the folks back home shovel and shuffle their way through Winter. Enjoy the first blooms of spring in January and watch as the desert cactus bloom shortly thereafter. Spring comes early in the "Valley of the Sun" and as the temperatures moderate, the enjoyment level rises even more than it was. Whether you hike, walk or simply stroll for exercise, this is the place to do it. If you like to swim in the heated pool of just soak those aches away in the heated spa, Superstition Lakes is the place to be.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our easily accessible condo offers you the ability to have breakfast on one of the two balconies in the morning sunlight and then have lunch on the covered balcony in the afternoon shade and gentle breezes. Then, before you light up the "barbie" and grill your favorite steak, burger or whatever, you can enjoy the covered balcony for an adult or other beverage along with some pleasant afternoon conversation.

We have been married over 48 years, have four children and 11 grandchildren and love abounds in our household.
