State of the art craftsman style home located in the exclusive Tivoli Gardens Townhomes. The home features Brazilian cherrywood floors and gorgeous knotty alder woodwork throughout enhanced by twelve foot tall ceilings. Five can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms and there is a fully equipped office (third bedroom) if you are on a working vacation or in town for business. Bring your laptop, we have wireless internet.

There are two full baths with travertine showers and floors. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, grill and blender. If you decide to cook, it will be a pleasure on the Viking gas range and convection oven. Cleanup is a snap with granite counter tops and Bosch dishwasher.

Relax by the fireplace with HDTV and Direct TV with HBO, over 150 channels. Watch a DVD, listen to a CD, or just enjoy a beautiful Boise evening on the tumbled paver patio. If you are feeling a little more energetic, the Boise Greenbelt is just steps away for your walking, jogging, or bike riding pleasure. The greenbelt runs for miles along the edge of the peaceful Boise River. Additionally, you are granted access to Silver Lake for non-motorized boating and year around fishing.

Fine dining is a three minute walk to Montego Bay, a popular restaurant fronting on Silver Bay. A local's favorite is Eddy's Diner for breakfast and lunch. Five minutes away, downtown Boise boasts many dining options, upscale shopping, theaters and museums. Don't miss the Saturday market! This is the perfect place to stay in Boise whether it's for work, vacation, or just a quick getaway. Home is not appropriate for young children.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome

We really enjoy the convenient location of our townhome. It is just five minutes to downtown, five minutes to the shopping mall, ten minutes to Eagle where our son and his family live. The greenbelt running along the Boise River is just steps away and is perfect for an evening walk or bike ride.

My wife and I purchased this property as a weekend/second home seven years ago. We own a real estate company in Camas County, a high prairie sitting at 5400 feet elevation surrounded by even taller mountains. We live on our ranch located just below Soldier Mountain Ski Resort. While it's a beautiful area, we really appreciate our time in Boise for entertainment, shopping and especially getting out of the snow during the long winter months.

Rented for my daughters wedding. Beautiful home in a great location. Well appointed and roomy. Hope to get back again as this is a real bargain.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here in comfort when our first grandchild was born. The Grandparents shared the other bedroom a few days and fully agreed! We are about half-way between St Al's hospital and our daughter's home. Thanks.

What a lovely home. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the American Robins who have nested in the garden. They are much larger than UK Robins!! We had a wonderful time and George and I became engaged while here.
