The main floor has a den, with a pull out sofa, and a full bath, a kitchen with a wine refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a combined dining room and living room with fireplace, offering sweeping views of the water and sand.
There is an outdoor shower, and a deck directly on the sand, with a retractable awning. The driveway provides parking for at least three cars. Just step outside to a beautiful sandy beach on the Sound!
