Hugh new stone patio with dining table, BBQ and seating area to look out onto lake. Load of water toys available as well as 2 kayaks, paddleboat and 20 life vest to choose from. Fish, swim or relax and enjoy the view!!!!
House is newly remolded with new hardwood floor, marble baths & new furniture. Second floor has master bed/bath with king bed and with own private balcony. Other rooms include 3 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Everything is provided including linens, tons of towels, on site laundry and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. One plasma TV and 2 others with full satellite including sho etc. New DVD player with full loads of movies and TV series to choose from.
This house is great for large family gatherings or relaxing. Only 1 1/4 hr from the NWside of Chicago but seems a million miles. Walk or boat to Great restaurant in Twin Lakes Town or venture 10 min. to Lake Geneva. Load to do in area. Pets are welcome. VERY CHILD AND SENIOR FRIENDLY!!

Year Purchased: 2003
Myself and my husband bought our second home as an investment but also a great place for our family to have fun and relax. We have five children ranging from 7-17. We love spending time in Twin Lakes. It a great house to get away from our busy lives and relax and have quality time with our kids but it also great to get together with my large family a enjoy the beautiful area with all of there cousins. We have decided to rent out ore house because our kids are in tons of sports and actitives that keep up very busy thru out the summer. We have set aside several weekend for our family but we will rent when it was available.
Why the Owner Chose Twin Lakes
When I was a child in the 70's my family spent a week in Twin Lakes every summer and that was one of my best childhood memories. We bought the house so we could form wonderful childhood memories for our own kids. Unlike the 70's baseball did not last till the middle of August and kids schedules were not more fill then their parents. With our home only being 1 hour drive we will enjoy as much as possible.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The full summer experience. Being away but also so close. Twin Lake town is a wonderful place.
